Absolutely HORRIFIC cleaning job. I've never seen such a lack of caring for people doing their job…read more They had one job. To clean a house with no furniture in it. They didn't do the windowsills. They left a lot of baseboards untouched. The didn't clean the backsplash lips on the bathroom counters. They didn't clean the shelves in the closets. They didn't clean the tile around the outside of the shower. The best part was that I was told the oven couldn't get cleaner because the food had been on it for too long. My home was built at the end of 2023 and was lived in for only one year and the left vacant for one year. There is no way this oven cannot be cleaned and now I will have to do it myself once I move into the house, after I finish packing and moving. I understand maybe accidentally overlooking one or two things. But this was beyond ridiculous. I shouldn't have to babysit people to do their jobs correctly. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend finding someone else to clean your home if you want the job done properly and professionally.

Issues with service: They do not use cleaning products. They use your dish soap on your kitchen counter to clean your counters and bathrooms - zero antibacterial cleaners used. I tried working with their team four times, gave clear and respectful feedback, and the owner called to cancel 30 minutes before, denied providing poor service, and threatened a customer. The other team member is great, he was always professional, but it's a bad sign when the CEO/owner doesn't respect or acknowledge poor cleaning services and has an ego about their years of experience instead of remedying the situation. She only changed her mind on canceling the service when she found out I was going to leave this review after 6 minutes of gaslighting me. Unprofessional, poor cleaning, DO NOT USE.

Customer Service: I reached out via Yelp and staff was very responsive to my questions about service & quotes. I have only gotten a place cleaned 1x in my life, so I had questions. She had the audacity to force me to pay for it and she said if I want another "DEEP CLEAN", I would have to pay additional of $500. I was frustrated and told them that we agreed on the price and told them to finish their job. After arguing with them and they finally agreed to stayed a bit longer to "reclean". They took a picture of my cleaning towels and I can't believe my cleaning products are way more effective than their own.
