I live in my condo part time and a scheduled a cleaning. I had just put fresh groceries in my fridge, all expensive prepared food from Central Market, and a full case of Alani energy drinks. I left to get out of the way of the cleaners (who can't speak English) and came home. I went to make dinner to found my refrigerator completely empty! All my food and the case of Alani drinks were stolen! I texted the owner Gerzahi as soon as I realized all my food was gone and he never responded or attempted to make it right. Needless to say I have a new cleaner now. There's are many other cleaners to chose from so I won't use ones who steal my groceries.

They are punctual, professional, courteous, DETAILED (baseboards dusted, couches vacuumed) and affordable. The only hesitation I have in giving them a 5 start review, is that I don't want everyone to book them up so they'll be less available for me. :) they deserve 10 stars though, truly. However, I…read morechecked the house again today in the daylight and realized she didn't touch my kitchen, as well as a lot of other places. She failed to clean the following, which were all included in the service and I specifically asked her to clean: My refrigerator inside and out My baseboards My countertops in the kitchen The doors The light switch and plug plates Mop the floors I gave her a cash tip of over 40% and kindly asked that she make sure those things were clean. I know these actions do not constitute her doing the right thing, however the job did specifically state these things would be cleaned and they weren't. I spent 2 hours recleaning what Ernesta already spent several hours supposedly cleaning. I would not recommend this company unless you will be around to facilitate as they do NOT do their job when they are left alone and trusted to do so.

After the first cleaning, we were very pleased, and decided to schedule a second cleaning. After returning home from work, excited to walk into a just-cleaned apartment, I was extremely disappointed. - surfaces in both bedrooms had not been dusted/ wiped down (dressers, night stand and desk) - kitchen island was dirty - top of liquor cabinet had not been dusted - coffee table top had not been cleaned - dust and crumbs on the floor were overlooked I called Alexis to talk about what might have happened, and was even more disappointed. She told me that "the dust must have settled" since they had been there hours before, that "sometimes the towels leave lint", and "they don't lift furniture". She assured me that she watched the surfaces get wiped down while I could clearly see that they hadn't been. I was extremely disappointed by the contrived and combative response. I feel completely duped, especially since there are so many competing services at better price points. Attention to detail is paramount in this industry, and apparently austins finest cares as little about the details as they do their customers (see screenshots).
