UPDATE BASED ON OWNER RESPONSE: I did NOT demand the workers to stay for 3 hours... What I told them is I was surprised they took just over 1 hour to clean a home that was twice the size of my last home and took 3 hours to do. I emphasized to them I don't care about length of time but quality of cleaning and apologized several times for asking them to reclean areas they allegedly cleaned. Additionally, your time clock and GPS must be wrong because they arrived right around 8:40 (my window for them to arrive was 8-9 am). They left at 10:05 and I know this because I had to cancel a meeting AND join late to my 10 AM meeting due to the number of follow ups we had. It's sad that the owner tries to rectify this by critiquing the customer who had the poor experience and providing false information to others online. Lastly, I have texts with my husband of the images and saying how "cringey this is" referring to my experience as they were about to leave my home. You can see in the newly added screenshot that this was 9:55 AM... again a lie from the owner and workers on how long they were at the home... I feel bad for their payroll lol. Ps. I still tipped them for their service even after this awful experience... so who do you want to trust?? The owner who is being deceitful or the customer who has been poorly serviced and treated but continued to stay above the line, treat their employees with respect, apologize for inconveniencing THEM and tipping them at the end. ---------------------------------- I'm usually posting on Yelp positive reviews but today is sadly different. After spending a couple hours on the internet reading reviews and answering calls from cleaning services, I landed on Maidsway. They were responsive and on time but the quality of the service was at best a 1 out of 5. The two cleaners finished my 2,000 sq foot home in just over an hour, which the time I don't mind but the depth of cleaning I do. When I asked if they finished the upstairs, they said yes which I was shocked. As you'll see in just a few example pics, the floor looked like it hadn't been touched... the countertops still had marks on it where I had to ask multiple times to reclean the surface. The staff was nice and agreed to reclean but the quality even after wasn't worth my energy. I ended up missing work meetings because of advising on areas that needed more attention as the cleaners would ask me to relook at areas. They also didn't mop the bathrooms and explained their process is to use a spray because its "more shiny". To top it all off, they told me that they weren't informed this was the first cleaning, aka the cleaning you're charged MORE for. This whole process and experience was awful. I immediately called and cancelled my reoccurring cleaning. The most they could do for my experience was charged me the "one time service" price which was still $157.... I hope whoever reads this has a real idea of the service level and quality, because if I had read one like this, I would've gone with another company.

Incredibly disappointing service. Booked a deep cleaning for 11am. The first cleaner showed up at 11:55am. The second cleaner about a half hour later. I had paid for a deep cleaning to include cleaning the oven and the refrigerator. They did neither. I also paid for the baseboards to be cleaned and several of those had been missed as well. The owner then had the audacity to email and let me know I was being charged an additional $139 due to "heavy buildup." This was after I had already booked a $400 deep clean. They only want to clean already clean houses otherwise expect the additional amount. Avoid them like the plague.

The first team sent by Maidsway were thorough and meticulous. Unfortunately, this wasn't a consistent experience as the following visits were quite sloppy with their work. The ladies were climbing on top of our furniture(beds, sofas, etc.) with their shoes to dust the fans instead of using the step stool/ladders we provided for them. In our most recent visit, our light switches were stained and most floors needed to be re-mopped. If you do choose to try their services, I would encourage you to avoid appointments with Dayle. She was constantly yelling at her partner and most of her work had to be redone by either us or her team members. It is a bit strange that maidsway charges extra for changing bed linens given other service providers all have considered this as standard for a regular cleaning. We will be looking for a new team to work with consistently.

First time using the service and maidsway and we were not satisfied. I'll update this review if they fulfill their satisfaction guarantee. I booked the service 2 weeks in advance and to schedule it first thing in the morning 8-9am I got a call one was coming late and didn't have anyone arrive till 10:10am. She was nice and a great cleaner. The second one was called in and didn't show up until past 11am. She missed a lot of spots and didn't feel like she communicated as well to our first cleaner. We had a 10 hour drive that day and did not want this to happen. I communicated with the owner a few days before and confirmed we were set. The owner was great at communicating, gave us a discount and helped us upgrade our booking from regular cleaning to a move in and move out cleaning. I felt confident at first since I received several emails confirming my appointment and, but I felt ultimately let down. I'm giving them an extra star since I liked the first cleaner who was nice and did not mind us asking her go over a certain spot. Pictures were missed cleanings of dust underneath the hanging stands from the second cleaner.

I don't understand how this business has a 4.6 stars when they have nothing but lazy, incompetent workers. My boyfriend and I scheduled a move-in cleaning service and NONE of the details they have listed on their website for what they do for a "move-in" cleaning service were completed. They have listed they clean the fridge, guess what? THAT WASNT DONE. They have listed that they dust, guess what? THAT WASNT DONE. And many MANYY other MINUTE details that CLEANING LADIES are SUPPOSED to take care of, WERE NOT DONE!!!! We wasted 500$, including a TIP (that they ask for in advance?!?!) for absolutely nothing. When we contacted them about our experience and complaints they only offered a partial refund of 20$ for not cleaning the fridge. They are a SCAM!!!!! Thank god we paid with our American Express credit card and were able to charge it back. Do not waste your time with this business. Run away, don't walk.

This was a better experience than the last cleaner I used, but still didn't meet expectations. Let me start by saying I do not blame my cleaner, she did the best she could. She was nice, courteous, and I appreciated the work she did on my house. Now, the company itself has some kinks. First, I booked online, which is an easy process. Like are you crazy? She obviously had a time limit because she has to clean other people's houses, and when she left she even told me "tell them to send two cleaners next time" and I told her that wasn't an option when I booked online. Maidsway knew my square footage and number of rooms, why they only sent one person to do all of this in three hours is beyond me and screams of poor management. My one gripe about the cleaner is she didn't use a normal mop and my floor is borderline flooded, and unfortunately I have dogs, so this resulted in a huge mess of my couch. Like my couch is now in a worst state than it started in. Also the water was obviously dirty and long story short, my floors are now a MESS. Like there are clumps of dirt and hair and it's definitely not what I would expect after paying to get my house cleaned. I also noticed while re-reading reviews that a lot of them have complaints that then were updated after the company contacted them, so keep that in mind when booking this place, sounds like a lot of people have poor first experiences.

They clean once per month. They are always on time and do a good job. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

They show up very late. Can't follow instructions and don't complete all the tasks you ask for. The cost for the value is not great.

They arrived right on time and made the entire process very easy. Ralph handled the cleaning and did an incredible job. For just one cleaner, the amount of work he completed was impressive. He took the time to bag trash, organize items, and then do a full deep clean of the apartment. What stood out most was the attention to detail. You can tell they don't rush through the job just to finish quickly -- they actually take the time to do it right. The apartment looks and feels completely reset. Payment was also very simple through Zelle after the service was completed, which made everything convenient and stress-free. Overall this was a great experience and the best price I found in Austin after contacting multiple cleaning companies. If you need a deep clean or even regular maintenance cleaning, I would absolutely recommend Ema's Housekeeping. I will definitely be booking with them again.

They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. I don't believe such a horribly bad company could lie like this in public.

Stains all over the carpets, scribbling on the walls (probably from the tenants children) two toilets clogged with toilet paper. So they flooded into the hallways, causing mold. (we have a no pet policy, because this has happened before) Anyways I contacted CNBC that evening. And they responded very quickly and scheduled a call. After discussing the details of what had happened and sending pictures. I decided they offer everything I needed for a deep clean of my property. And I needed it done yesterday! They can the very next day and let me tell you, I was amazed! My property looked as if it was brand new again. They managed to get all the stains out, walls cleaned,mold cleaned, garage was spotless, bathrooms were flawless, patio spotless. I would recommend CNBC to anyone who needs a big deep clean of their property. Even if it's emergency last second cleaning need. Quick, efficient, good price, courteous and very professional.
