We hired Maribel's Home Cleaning for a move-out clean of our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, and overall, we were very pleased with their service. The communication was good, though I was a bit surprised not to receive confirmation the night before or a message confirming when the maids had finished. That being said, they did an excellent job with the cleaning, and the price was extremely reasonable. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that I had requested carpet cleaning but wasn't informed of the additional cost upfront. It turned out to be $150, which was fine in the end, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. I was in need of booking a service with someone to come and help me with the up keep of my home. I reached out to several companies and Maribel after back and forward texting I felt with the price and my needs I felt she would be perfect for the job. I text her with a date of first service and to be every other week for continual service. I texted her her twice asking about the dates that I provided and if she would be able to accommodate. This was five days ago. I still have not heard from her. Of course I moved on to someone else. However, it is very unprofessional of her to not respond to a potential client. I've read a review from someone that indicated that she was nonresponsive. Based on the raving reviews, I contacted Maribel and set up a time & date for a deep cleaning of our home. Maribel totally flaked out. Despite sending texts to confirm date & time, Maribel didn't call or text. She just didn't show up. When I finally reached her stated that she "thought" we were scheduled for another date. I gave her another chance, set up a time & date and texted her the information. AGAIN, she never showed up. She didn't call or text. Maribel is very unprofessional, a total flake and doesn't take into consideration that people's time & schedules are important.
