She was so much fun to work with - so personable, not too serious yet still very professional, and was genuinely interested in my actual life. She even wanted to meet my 8 guinea pigs, hee-hee - it was so awesome that she is also an animal lover, and has a big heart for animals (kiss-kiss for Julie from Auntie Jackie!). Randi also made a huge effort even before our first appointment to understand exactly what I was needing, and asked me to send her some photos that were both fun and also pertaining to what I used the room we would be working on for (i.e. that showed what kinds of items I make in my sewing and craft room). I call myself a mini hoarder, especially when it comes to fabrics and crafts, and she was so patient and non-judgmental towards me. It's very reassuring as well to know that she has so many years of experience working with other adults with ADHD. She snuck in some helpful gems of how to stay organized as we were working through our 3 hours without me really realizing it, but that info sunk in. Only a day after working with her, I found myself looking at a few lamps in that and another room and thinking, "I can donate those - I can let them and tons of other things like those go, and it will make my life much easier and less stressful to let them go. We're not even using them or haven't for 6 years!" She was very inspiring and working with her made me excited to do more, not only in that room but in the rest of the house. I would highly, highly recommend her!

We've worked with Inspired Closets on multiple projects throughout our home over the last 4 years,…read moreand the overall impact has been significant. Our house is a fairly typical Austin new build with limited built-in storage, so we were left solving for organization ourselves. Over time, they've helped transform several areas, including an under-the-stairs pantry, living room built-ins, a wall bed for a small office, and a large storage cabinet near our entryway. The standout project is probably our pantry. It used to be a dark, awkward squeeze under the stairs that was hard to navigate and even harder to keep organized. They completely reimagined the space with lighting, floor-to-ceiling shelving, drawers, and a small countertop area that now houses appliances we used to keep on the kitchen counters. They managed to make an under-the-stairs pantry feel like a feature, not a compromise. It's a tiny footprint that works incredibly hard and has honestly become one of my favorite spaces in the house. The design process has always been highly collaborative for us. Kelly Toye, our consultant and designer, has been a steady and thoughtful partner across every project. She takes what we ask for and makes it better, consistently bringing multiple concepts and helping us think beyond the immediate moment. One example is the living room storage. We currently use cubbies with baskets for toys, but the system was intentionally designed so those can evolve into drawers or cabinetry as our kids grow. That future-thinking approach shows up throughout the work, including small details like curved open shelving on the wall bed installation, which keeps a tight room from feeling visually heavy and more integrated into the home. Communication and installation were smooth across several phases. Scheduling was transparent, timelines were clear, and the team stayed responsive during multi-room projects. Lead times can run six to eight weeks depending on availability, but expectations were always clearly set. In terms of craftsmanship, the quality has held up well with everyday use. It may not sit at the ultra-high-end price tier, but the functionality and durability have been strong for our family. We've had a couple of minor hardware issues over time, and the lifetime warranty has made those easy to resolve. Service calls have been straightforward, and fixes were handled quickly. One of the biggest changes has been how much calmer our daily routines feel. Spaces that were previously chaotic or underutilized now work with us. Toys have a place, workspaces can flex, and storage evolves as our needs change. It feels less like adding furniture and more like adding infrastructure to the house. Overall, Inspired Closets has been collaborative, thoughtful, and highly functional in how they approach storage design. The spaces they created are not only hardworking but genuinely beautiful, and the value feels strong compared to some higher-end alternatives. If you're looking for solutions that balance aesthetics, flexibility, and real-world usability, they've been a great fit for us.

Every single person that works here from the designer (LeAnne) to the installer (Taylor) to the customer service side (Emma) were on top of their game and super friendly which makes a huge difference to me when getting any kind of service. Absolutely recommend Bailey's Moving Company. Gio and Josh rapidly knocked out the job with real…read morecare and attention to detail. They were real pros, and on an easily 100+ heat index day, it can slow things down considerably, with a 3 staircase climb over and over. I needed a 2 person crew for a 10 minute move from a 3rd floor apartment in South Austin to a relatively nearby home. Richard Bailey messaged me here on Yelp and to my phone number after I contacted multiple movers. I can only say one slightly negative thing here. At first contact, I wasn't entirely certain that they had accepted my job offer and date. I did have to message a few times to make sure the date and time was actually locked down. I, and so many of us, have been "flaked" on in the past, as I did a few times in Nashville somewhat recently. So I felt I had to reach out a little more as I had a very tight timeline and was just trying to get all my ducks in a row. However with a few messages we did lock in the day and time with a couple days to spare. I would just say that when we are here putting multiple offers on Yelp, you do end up getting blasted by some companies immediately, too much so, but it does make them "seem eager" to lock in the job. Just a little better first contact would be the only slightly negative thing I could say. On to the great: I received a call and message from Gio of their ETA the day before and on the day, which they met. The heat/humidity combination got really bad, still they had surprisingly great attitudes and asked all the right questions when they came up. They wrapped and protected all the furniture as if it was going in a cross country van/semi-trailer. Going down apartment steps, everyone's furniture has gotten scratched and bonked and movers have just said.. oh well. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and everything arrived perfectly. They even had me "direct" them to which room or area as they pulled carts of boxes up to the home. Gio and Josh were just good people, hard workers with real attention to detail and a positive attitude. I don't have any other reviews on Yelp, as far as I know, so here I am highly recommending Baileys Moving Company. I'll try to use them again if and when it happens next, and I'll be recommending them to any friends that are looking for help moving. Good to meet you guys and thanks again for the great work. - CV

Based on the conversation he gave me a verbal quote and booked my move for the next afternoon. His crew showed up on time. We're very professional; had great personalities and got me moved in two and a half hours. Nothing was broken either. Assembled my washer and dryer too. One of the crew members even gave me decorative advice as I moved from a 2300 sq. ft. house to a 1300 sq. ft. apartment and my couch didn't initially look right where I thought it should be! Fabulous company. Absolutely recommend them.

The communication was good, though I was a bit surprised not to receive confirmation the night before or a message confirming when the maids had finished. That being said, they did an excellent job with the cleaning, and the price was extremely reasonable. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that I had requested carpet cleaning but wasn't informed of the additional cost upfront. It turned out to be $150, which was fine in the end, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. Despite that, I would absolutely use them again based on the quality of their work and their affordability.
