Give yourself a treat and get a deep house cleaning from Let Kelly! OMG, I am impressed at their level of detail. Our oven was cleaned, cabinet doors wiped, all trash cans were scrubbed, windows cleaned, overhead ceiling fans dusted, bathroom showers and tub sparkled and white dog fur that lands in strange places (how does it get on the TV sound bar??) miraculously disappeared. The floors and baseboards have never been so clean! I had reached out to about 4 different cleaning services but was most impressed with Let Kelly's communication, prices, and policies. The owner was very good with email and phone communication and I told her the main areas we wanted to concentrate on and she made thorough notes to give the cleaning crew. Most of the cleaning crews do not speak English so if you have specific concerns it's best to tell the owner beforehand. The crew arrived on time, all had Covid safety measures in place (masks and booties) and worked super hard with lots of energy. They bring all their own supplies including mops, vacuums and dusters. I was so impressed with their work that I have decided to have ongoing monthly maintenance visits. I will update this review in several months to reflect that part of service. read more

We have used Let Kelly for the past three years, when we first moved into our new home. Over those three years, we have made changes and undergone construction both inside and out. We have worked with several contractors and service people. And there has always been "something," as in disappointments with quality or service. Recently, after another such incident, I came home after our cleaning service ladies had left and remembered I had forgotten to make up the bed in a guest room. Worried that it may have hindered their cleaning tasks, I ran in to check. The bed was made (not something on our usual list), and everything was perfect and orderly. I had new floors installed and tile in the bathroom so the house was a dust zone. Let Kelly did a deep clean and it came out way above my expectations. Very professional and courteous staff and the house smelled nice. Let Kelly has been a wonderful asset to my business, a vacation rental in Central Austin. I cater to longer-term guests, but have had to travel a lot this year due to new work demands. I don't know how I would have managed my vacation rental business without her team! She apologized and offered a free cleaning if I was ever willing to give them another chance. Really awful experience with the owner. Overpriced and dishonest. We agreed to a price and services for routine cleaning. When I complained that the team skipped areas and left early, the owner wanted to renegotiate the price and agreement. She was also extremely rude and patronizing and told me repeatedly that my expectations wouldn't be met or happy if I wanted to customize any of the cleaning. (Even though the website states "clean to your specifications") I needed to just agree to the new pricing and services. read more

Kelly and her team are fantastic. I had a ridiculously crazy last minute cleaning / changeover request for an Airbnb guest where the maids passed the key to the new guest and Kelly made it work! I wouldn't have been able to have those guests if it weren't for Kelly and team. I have been using Let Kelly for at least 5 years. The owner is amazing and treats her staff extremely well and in return they represent the company very well. The business itself is very organized. I have used Let Kelly for routine cleans, Airbnb cleans (I Airbnb my home) and make ready cleans. I have mostly used Let Kelly for my personal home but I also use them to clean my client's homes (I'm a real estate agent) whether it be before we put the home on the market and/or just to deliver a nice clean home for the buyers. The staff is amazing and friendly. They know my dogs by name and have always greeted them with friendly pets and belly rubs. With Covid they are no longer allowed to touch the dogs to keep glove cleaning in line with protocol. I'm sure the staff misses this interaction but hopefully one day we will all be back to a social normal. I have referred the company many times and never came back with anyone being disappointed. Prior to Let Kelly I had about 4 different cleaning services (over 15 years). I have had the gals from Let Kelly clean my apartment for the last year. I've always been happy with their work. I love coming home to a clean apartment. I bake often and my kitchen always needs a lot of help. They do an amazing job on it. I also have a dog who likes to chew sticks to pieces- inside AND on my carpet. He leaves a horrible mess. Our experience left a lot to be desired. The quality of the cleanings we generally sub par, the staff was not educated on basic house keeping and lacked good communication skills. It was also often different crews that did not know our home and created lots of headaches for us trying to explain to the often non-english speaking crews. The number of broken or damaged items was also far higher than any service we have had in the past. An example is that our cast iron pans were scrubbed with harsh soap and then left out to rust. Glad to no longer let kelly take our money after giving them many chances to improve their work. read more

Really disappointed with this cleaning service. I have a 1400 square foot house with all stained concrete floors. Very easy to clean, all things considered. There were 3 ladies that came to my house and they took 3.5 hours to clean, billing us over $300. Sadly they left a dog pee stain in the middle of the living room floor and they didn't clean one of the kitchen windows at all. They also pulled one of our guitars off of the wall leaving two large holes. The hook was rated for 100lbs so I have no idea what happened for that to come down. Mostly it looked like they tidied things up but didn't actually clean. Overall they did a very poor job and it was not worth that amount of money. read more

I needed to find a good cleaning crew to clean my daughter's apartment on the UT campus. She was having a deadly anaphylactic reaction to something in her apartment, so it needed to be cleaned in a "White Glove" kind of way. Not only did they clean every inch of m daughter's living space, wiping down walls and cabinets, they also laundered and pressed many of her linens in an effort to remove any and all allergens.
