It was just OK. I ordered the Deep Clean, paying close to $300. Not everything was cleaned, let alone deep. In the order form, I explicitly asked them to clean inside the window frames; those were not touched. I took out some bins that usually stay under our bed and get quite dusty. Found them just as I left them. As a cherry on top, I wasn't able to open one of my drawers after the cleaning; not sure what they did with it. As of this writing, it's still stuck. read more

Our apartment is small, 550 square feet. It's got everything in its place. But...I'm embarrassed to say it was dirty. Eek. Busy work and social schedules leave little time for cleaning. They came and did a deep clean that included a special, 10% off and a free fridge clean (inside). Two cleaners came and when we returned home two hours later the place was impeccable! Shining bright, extremely clean, and smelling fantastic!!!! They were even able to get the shower grout back to looking new. I think the pricing is extremely reasonable (even the rate before the special) because two women came in here and busted a## to make our apartment sparkle. The little touches made it even better (making the bed, folding bath linens like a fancy hotel, etc.) Communication went above and beyond. I called maids and more for a price quotation on a 2200 square-foot house. They quoted me $168 the first time then I got another billing for $188. They did not schedule me for another cleaning. Now they moved me to monthly cleaning because they didn't schedule me at $221. When you have a billing problem, they transfer it between a couple of people and don't really seem to care to get it resolved. They never returned my call about the dispute on pricing. This company was hired to clean our newly purchased home that was empty, prior to our move in. The appliances were new, the house had been vacant for months. They did a horrible, sloppy job with the little bit that needed to be done! Cobwebs on ceilings and corners. Dead bugs in the closets. Inside windows filthy. All they needed to do was wipe the windows and vacuum and they didn't do that. $400 and I still have to clean. No response from the company yet. Beware. Don't hire. I regret not checking more detailed reviews before booking this company, despite their 4-star rating and 700+ reviews. If you hire them and don't supervise closely, items **will** go missing. I'm not the first to report this. I had a 21k gold necklace and an SPF bottle in the same drawer, both now missing--worth over $1000. When I contacted the company, they claimed the cleaners denied taking anything and tried to blame two other helpers who were with me downstairs the entire time. The cleaning quality was mediocre at best, a 7/10. Additionally, the cleaner refused to use Google Translate and only spoke Spanish, despite my repeated attempts to communicate that we don't speak Spanish. The cleaners left coffee in the coffee maker, a vaper pen and didn't fold the clothes. When speaking to the owner she said they don't do these things. I got a bad review from my guest. In additon they turned off the AC switch and I didn't have any AC in the unit until we hired a contractor to come out and check into this. I scheduled a deep cleaning for the new house, after moving in, and they did a great job. They arrived on time, took about 3 hours for a 2-floor 1400 sq foot house, and did a really good cleaning. There were two ladies who started on the first floor, then moved to the second floor. We had a case of water on the kitchen counter - they even put the waters in the fridge! They even cleaned the electric toothbrush holder. Everything just looked great, including the details. I emailed them to get a quote for what a recurring cleaning looks like, pricewise. For this deep cleaning, it was $387, including the add-on for the inside and outside of the fridge. The only negative thing I would say is they send way too many reminders. I got 2 emails and 2 texts (maybe I didn't click or unclick something to get reminders in both my email and phone). The first set was 2 days before, the second set of reminders was a day before. Then, that morning, I got 2 emails saying they were arriving within 30 minutes, which didn't help since I was still asleep. I spoke to numerous cleaning women in different cleaning days and they all said they were not getting any more money or a pay increase in the past months when I asked them if things are better now that they we're charging more for their services which I was happy to pay for thinking that they we're getting more but it was easy to conclude that the owner is being very dishonest when multiple people have said otherwise that work for the company. Again you are being dishonest and instead of addressing that and being nice about your delivery it's very telling how you handle this and how you value your customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a crew for a move out/deep clean of my apartment and when I first walked in after they completed their service I was happy....then I went into my master bedroom. The closet door was broken and leaning against the wall. They also broke one of the blades off of my ceiling fan. They either took the broken parts with them or threw them away because they were not at the property. They also took or threw away cleaning supplies that I had left and 2 of my 4 stove covers. To make matters worse, they didn't have the decency to contact me to notify me of the damage they caused. I spent over $200 to have my apartment cleaned so I could get my security deposit back and now I'm going to end up losing my deposit AND owing for the damage they caused. I will never use them again nor recommend them. Edit: I was contacted by Roxie first thing this morning and she apologized that the crew didn't report the damage right away. She asked for my apartment manager's contact info and stated they would pay for the damage they caused. I was pleased with my first visit, a deep clean last month, but last week the cleaners spent less than an hour at my house and I was very disappointed in the service. Several areas were not dusted and it doesn't look like the floors were mopped in our bedroom. The floors look better than they did, but not like they were just cleaned. There was still dog hair and smudges and the kitchen counter wasn't fully wiped either with food smudges by the stove.
