Let Kelly does great work with event planning. They coordinated invitations going out,, addressing invitations, coordinating the guest list and rsvps. It was complicated, detailed work and Let Kelly made it look good. Let Kelly also supervised one of the two events they coordinated. Let Kelly has been cleaning my home for over 3 years. The service has been outstanding. I travel often and Kelly has been willing to rearrange the crews schedule on very short notice. The ladies have consistently been on time and been willing to be flexible on which rooms they cleaned first and understanding that I work at home. Kelly has always been willing to pay special attention to specific cleaning needs and alert her ladies to change their areas of cleaning as I have instructed. I recently moved from my home and the crew did a fabulous job on the move out cleaning and the move in at the new home. From the very first visit I was given reason to leave. I am new to the Austin area and was looking for a cleaning service to provide a once a month overall clean to my apartment. Kelly was recommended by a friend and so I made the call. First visit was scheduled and when I came home after the work was completed and some places I found my place in worse condition than when I left (the kitchen floor was sticky, the bathrooms not finished). On top of this, the cost was easily 40% higher than what was understood. I spoke with "Kelly" on the phone and this was resolved and an apology given that there was no quality check after the work was done which she said would be typical for a first time customer. We worked out the repeating monthly schedule and I thought everything would be good. TWO MONTHS later I had to text "Kelly" asking if they were ever going to come clean my place again as was agreed to previously. She again apologized and said she would have someone call me and set up the recurring schedule, which she did. The work was completed and a charge easily 40% higher than agreed to was charged to me. ANOTHER text to "Kelly" telling her that I was overcharged yet again and that I would like to cease any further service of my home. She yet AGAIN apologized and thanked me for my previous business and would be sending me a check for the overcharge. I'm very happy for Kelly because apparently she has enough work to be picky about her customers. I emailed Kelly about a quote, and because of previous frustrations with cleaning services, I had a lot of questions for her about pricing and what I could expect. Kelly answered my first email promptly with lots of good info, and I thought we were on the right track. I asked a few follow-up questions based on a couple of things that weren't clear in the first email, and again she responded quickly. However, one of my questions she didn't answer at all. (The question was, how many people do you send out to clean? She had quoted a time estimate, but I wanted to know if that was for one cleaner or for 2 or more.) So, I emailed her again with just that question, and she did not respond at all. After about a week I thought, "maybe she thinks I'm high maintenance," but decided to keep trying since her reviews were so great on Yelp. I emailed again, with an explanation that we'd had frustrations with past cleaning services and that was why I was asking so many questions. She responded by saying that if my expectations were "very high" it might take some time to meet my needs but that they would work with me, and then asked what other questions I had. She still didn't answer the original question. So I emailed one other time and asked again how many cleaners they send. This time (the 4th time I asked) she finally answered that they send 2 cleaners. I emailed to set up an initial cleaning date. I called two cleaning services and found out I was going to have a problem getting dishes washed since no one did dishes. However a church friend gave me the phone number of Let Kelly. They do dishes! On the day of, the girls were on time with their own supplies and verified what they were to do and got right to work. One girl cleaned my bathroom while the other girl cleaned my kitchen. I say cleaned my kitchen because I only asked that my dishes be washed because there were things all over the counters in addition to the dishes. The cleaner went above and beyond...washed the dishes and stacked them very neatly and then cleaned the stovetop and counters which were awful. I can now go into my bathroom and kitchen and not cringe. I will call them again if I get in a bind and want something done quickly and efficiently.
