I waited a while to review this service but could not let it go unreviewed. I scheduled a deep clean of my 700 sq. ft apt. I was on a tight schedule since I had family visiting from out of town in a few days. Cleaners were late and did not speak English and insisted on using a Spanish to English app on their phone. I speak some Spanish but the women were so rushed to start cleaning that they didnt listen to me. My dog could not tolerate the chaos so I had to leave and take her away from the house. There were 2 cleaners and they spent just over 1 hour doing a deep clean. I know I'm old school (I'm a senior) but I expected things like the floors and baseboards to be cleaned. I expressly said I wanted the kitchen floors done well. I had spilled coffee on the floor that morning and knew that I had not cleaned it completely. Before the women left I took a damp paper towel and swiped it on the area and it had coffee on it. The woman mopped it again while I was there and I saw that she was using dirty mop water from the bucket they used. They said they would come back the next day to mop again and make the job right but needed to go. I was almost in tears. I mopped the floor again myself. For the next few days I complained via text to someone. They finally said they would reduce the cost of the cleaning. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I came to them via yelp and they were very communicative. Once I hired them, that stopped. They were an hour late for their first cleaning which really put me in a bind. I work from home and had my meeting set up that day around the cleaning schedule and being an hour late threw my whole day off. No one contacted me to let me know they were running late. It wasn't until, I reached out inquire where they were, that they said the were ruining late. The two ladies actually did a decent job on our deep cleaning. However, after they left we noticed some things were not done. Such as cleaning the top of the stove, hard water spots in the shower, mirror in the living room. These were minor things, that when contacted they said they would send someone out the next business day to make it right at 10:30. I have been waiting and there again was no contact. When I reached out, there was another excuse to that they are running late and that they would be there at 12:30. Well that time does not work for me. So I will be reaching out to another company to come and finish what JaRo started. read more

They did a good job, however, they were over an hour late without letting us know. When I pointed it out the response was that the previous job took longer than expected. We have had numerous cleaning services over the last 3 years. Have been sorely disappointed in the quality of work and the training of the individuals doing the cleaning. Rushing thru the job and using the wrong cleaning products on surfaces scared me into rethinking having anyone else in to clean. That was until JaRo's cleaning service came and cleaned. I have been very impressed with their work and love the little added touches of how they leave my bath towels folded and toilet tissue artfully tucked and sealed like a flower!
