One of the…read morechallenges was the amount of grime, dust, and dirt that had accumulated throughout the house, on the floors, window sills, shelves, countertops, and window blinds. I hired Sparkling Clean to clean the house. Cecilia and a coworker came to the house and went to work. After 11 hours they notified me they were finished. I was amazed at the quality of their work. The ladies had cleaned the floors, shelves, cabinets, shelves, windows, countertops, and appliances. They had even removed the dust and dirt on the stairway railing and all at a very reasonable cost. I will not hesitate to use Sparkling Cleaning in any future projects!

Absolutely HORRIFIC cleaning job. I've never seen such a lack of caring for people doing their job…read more They had one job. To clean a house with no furniture in it. They didn't do the windowsills. They left a lot of baseboards untouched. The didn't clean the backsplash lips on the bathroom counters. They didn't clean the shelves in the closets. They didn't clean the tile around the outside of the shower. The best part was that I was told the oven couldn't get cleaner because the food had been on it for too long. My home was built at the end of 2023 and was lived in for only one year and the left vacant for one year. There is no way this oven cannot be cleaned and now I will have to do it myself once I move into the house, after I finish packing and moving. I understand maybe accidentally overlooking one or two things. But this was beyond ridiculous. I shouldn't have to babysit people to do their jobs correctly. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend finding someone else to clean your home if you want the job done properly and professionally.

I tried to contact them via their website, but received no reply. Since this seemed like it could be a technical issue (the website seemed a little buggy), I tried requesting an estimate, but didn't get a reply when I did that either. It is entirely possible if you *do* manage to get a response from them, they do a good job (but if you are reading a Yelp review, you probably aren't an existing client). However, my experience is most businesses become *less* not *more* responsive once you're a customer, so not being able to get a response is kind of a dealbreaker.
