I have hired several local companies over the years and I have never had a cleaning company do such a fantastic job! The short version: if you do hire them plan on a full hour of your time to do a white glove, lint roller, flashlight, top down inspection of your house before you let the cleaner leave. If you say anything later they will repeatedly tell you that you signed off on the work. Not that it is in their terms any place. They will also threaten to put a lien on your house in an attempt to get you to pay. The long version: the worst cleaning company that I have ever had, period. A quick 30 second check and things looked okay on the surface. Oddly, I expect grown people to take pride in their work and make sure that they have done a good job on her/his own. After finishing work and looking around more I did not think things looked as clean as it had in the past, but I thought maybe it was just me and that I was tired from a long week. It was not just me. As I started spending time in the areas cleaned it was clear that nothing close to a deep clean had been done. The lint roller pic is from a carpet 18 hours after a supposed deep clean. Initially I was willing to give them a second chance, we all have bad days, get sick, etc, that was until I saw the dying grass patch in the yard from mop water. Mind you we had just received "Yard of the Month" recognition from the local garden club. Also, they sent 1 person to do a deep clean for 4 hours on 1,500 square feet at a fee of $210.00. I have never had less than two people sent for a deep clean. I thought she was simply really good at her job, it never occurred to me that I needed to treat her like a child. They are more expensive than a number of other companies. I have no problem paying a little more for a superior job. Also, when did it become the paying client's responsibility to confirm a job has been done? How dare a company try to make me feel responsible for checking their employee's work! The pics are sample, there was more that I had already cleaned and there is only so much time I am going spend taking and posting pictures. Hire at your own risk!!! Update 11/1 The owner's defense today. 1. "I have not billed you, you are not a paying customer yet." 2. You released cleaner vs keeping her 1 hour while doing a a white glove inspection. 3. She could not have dumped mop water on your yard, it would take 24 hours for the grass to start turning brown. One that is almost to the exact minute I noticed the grass turning brown and two how exactly did you know it would take 24 hours if it has never happened before? Anyone else want to gander a guess? Not a single sorry this should not have happened, only that I should have checked her work better. He asked me how this could be make this right after calling me a liar and not saying sorry. It cannot be made right. My entire weekend destroyed cleaning because this company and staff have zero pride in their work and hang their hats on "you signed off" while the cleaner already has all of her stuff on the front porch and is leaving. The cleaner had mop water in her bucket on my front porch. I thought it was weird and asked where she got the bucket. The bucket never came back inside to be dumped. I thought maybe she had a kid's science experiment that she was taking it for. The grass spot is also right where she parked and where she loaded the stuff into her car. Pic of the grass spot today. Also added the first one the I texted the owner. I had let the rest of the mess go until I saw the grass patch, that was when I finally blew my gasket. Hands down the best cleaning company we've ever used. We have the same amazing lady Teresa clean our home and love the consistency. Jean Claude the owner, is all about customer service and very passionate about his company. We receive an email or text a couple of times before our cleaning. I have been so fortunate to have had Lupe clean my house each time. When I return home, the house is spotless and smells wonderful. Wow! this team did an amazing job. COVID has taken a bit toll on my housekeeping, unfortunately. After a year of living with my adult daughter (who normally lives in NYC but stayed in Austin during the pandemic), my place really needs a deep clean. Way more than I seem to be able to do. In swoops JC and his team. They did everything... counter tops, under the bed, floors, shower, kitchen, oven, couch cushions, etc. Every corner and baseboard is now clean and dust free. They even organized my shoes! My place even smells cleaner than every (and we also have a dog we adopted last summer). What a difference. I'm not a dirty housekeeper under normal circumstances, but I wanted someone else to do a deep clean for the spring. After a year of pandemicing, it's nice to have the place deeply cleaned by such a professional team. read more

Horridly managed company - avoid at all costs. I scheduled a one-time cleaning with the company, and they did on okay job. During this, after I paid, I was clear that this was a one time engagement and ensured there were no future cleanings scheduled. However several months later I received a call from a debt collection agency saying they were collecting debt from continued services from this company, despite no additional services ever being rendered. There's plenty of reasonably priced cleaning services in austin that will do a great job and NOT send you to debt collection for no reason. Such a pain to deal with for absolutely no reason. Just came home again to a beautiful clean home by Brenda with Personal Castles. Just a great company. I've been using the for 10 years and never disappointed.
