My in-laws are visiting next week and my FIL just completed chemotherapy. I needed the house clean and sanitized. These two ladies have met and exceeded all my expectations. Can't wait for them to come back routinely. We work long hours and I'm out of town most weeks Monday through Friday. How nice to not have to worry about using my only time at home to clean! The cleaning ladies were very kind and did a decent job overall, but there were still spots on the floor, areas with clumps of pet hair, and it didn't meet the level of detail I expected for a deep clean. Additionally, the hand on a statue near my husband's bed was broken during cleaning. Accidents happen, and I would have understood if they had told me, but there was no communication. None of the cleaners spoke English, so we had to use Google Translate, which made it difficult to address issues in the moment. I've also tried calling, texting, and emailing the company to cancel our monthly cleanings, but have received no response--even after they withdrew the payment from my account. Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication, the damage, and the service not matching what was promised, I will not be using this company again.
