She agreed to my scope and provided an estimate on the spot. This is contrasted with other services that bid sight unseen via Yelp. Given my needs, I'm pretty sure that would not have gone well. My learning curve point was not staying out of the way. I did a little backseat coaching, which just caused confusion. Let the professionals do it there way. Do be there for a final inspection, but wait till they're done. That being said, the cleaner assigned to my home was definitely speed cleaning. And she did not have firmly in mind all of the scope. No big deal, since I was home when she started packing up, I was able to point out where extra attention was needed. Joana and her daughter personally came to steam clean my living room area rug and my old, much abused couch. The rug looks brand new! The couch looked better while damp but after drying it was still kinda dingy and the steam definitely didn't help the stains. Don't expect miracles if your rug/furniture needs true renovation. Everything moved so fast I didn't do the detailed inspection and later ended up seeing some missed, but minor, spots. If it was significant, Joana told me to call her and she'd send someone over to knock it out. My learning point here would be to have my scope in front of me while inspecting. Joana was fun to meet and is energetic and positive. I'm very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this service.

She confirmed the date and time via text (not for the day I asked for but I decided to make it work) but NO one showed up for the appointment. I called her through another number as she would not pick up the phone and when asked why no one showed up, she answered in a very rude and unprofessional manner saying I was hard to do business with. I was also told they would call me about 15 minutes before they finished so I could come by and look at the place. I drove by after several hours and the cleaners were gone. I didn't hear anything from the company until the next day, which is when I learned about the incorrect start time. When I asked about this, they sad the charge was correct even with the adjusted time.

So we then opted to have them come once a month. Now granted, we have a 2500 sq foot house, BUT since we both work from home, they really only needed to clean two bedrooms (of which one is rarely used) and two bathrooms. We do have a living room, breakfast area, kitchen, and dining area as well. So not quite a full house but a good amount. The first cleaning there was some things that were missed (they have a checklist, so not sure how they could have missed anything). For example dusting on the furniture. Not a big deal and I get that cleaning takes a while and something could be missed like that, so we reported it and moved on. I want to say the next two cleaning went ok, but the last one they completely missed cleaning one of the toilet bowls. Now there could have been some miscommunication on our part as we had one toilet completely replaced the week before and that one did not need to be cleaned at all. Not sure why they thought both would not need to be cleaned, but we reported that as well. That's when things went downhill fast. My wife is a lot nicer than I am (I did not talk to them), but she was given a story that because of hard water buildup, they would need to come back out with special chemicals to clean it. Mind you the previous 3-4 times and the deep cleaning did NOT require any special chemicals and in fact my wife sent a before and after photo of after she took some time to clean the toilet without the need of "special chemicals". At that point, the owner and my wife had a call and it was agreed that we would just part at that point. Which is fine, but the reason we got was the person that would be doing the cleaning no longer felt "comfortable" coming to our house. What is more the case is she got caught lying and the owner instead of apologizing about it, just doubled down. If it was me, get the deep clean as they did do a good job on that, but I would NOT recommend getting the regular service.

I went to get an estimate and book online, but after completing all the information and answering all of the questions, it errored out forcing me to email for a quote and to schedule. There were days of back and forth emails with complicated explanations about various shifts and workers arriving at different times. Nothing was easy about this process. I finally scheduled and was hoping the clean would redeem the booking process. The staff member arrived on time and was super friendly. It was clear she was working hard and wanted to do a good job. She did ask me for several supplies, which surprised me, as I hadn't experienced that before and wouldn't have anticipated. I had work meetings during the latter part of her cleaning. When I was done, I discovered that she had needed even more supplies, so had to call a family member to bring them and then had that person help finish up. This meant she let someone into my home when I was unaware and potentially not employed by the company. Very alarming. Afterwards, I inspected the work and found some of it was well done and other parts were not. She told me she couldn't do the shower because she didn't have the appropriate supplies. The floors were not done well at all and we had to go back and clean them ourselves. The owner followed up to ask how things went and if we'd like to schedule regular cleanings. I relayed our experience, asking if I should expect to provide supplies and if the shower would be handled at the next visit. I never heard from them again.
