I reached out for a cleaning with Sativa. At first she was very responsive when discussing my…read moreoptions and what not. We decided on a date a week away for a move out clean. I then texted her the day before just to confirm we were still set for the next day and didn't not receive a response. She did not reach out at all the day of. Finally I texted her again the day of and still didn't get a response. The following day she texted me and said she could do it the next day. She did show up and was there for about 2 hours. She did communicate some issues she was having with her vacuum and I let her know that she could just skip the carpets. (We have dogs and there was a good amount of dog hair so I told her we would go back to vacuum and carpet clean ourselves) When we went over after she left we were very disappointed with what we found. The fridge was dirty. So was the oven. The bathroom floors were still dirty. She mopped but didn't sweep first so it was just wet dust and hair on the floor. She didn't get behind the toilets at all. Every window sill that I checked was still dusty. This was a huge letdown and caused me a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety in an already stressful time while moving during the holidays and dealing with a family death and everything all at the same time.
