Spoke…read moreto Lizeth a day before the cleaning and I asked her if she would clean walls, baseboard, and inside the cabinets and she agreed that she would do that plus cleaning all appliances (even listed in the invoice that her admin provided). At the day of the cleaning, it took her 3 hours to deliver a half done product..everything was still greasy, dusty, and unclean. She had the audacity to force me to pay for it and she said if I want another "DEEP CLEAN", I would have to pay additional of $500. I was frustrated and told them that we agreed on the price and told them to finish their job. After arguing with them and they finally agreed to stayed a bit longer to "reclean". I even had to provide my cleaning products to them because they "can't get rid of the stain". They took a picture of my cleaning towels and I can't believe my cleaning products are way more effective than their own. I even helped them clean during the progress and it was somewhat acceptable at the end...why hire cleaners when they just cut corners? You should strongly reconsider if you decide to hire them - even you are upfront about your expectations and requests, they might not deliver that at all or give you excuses..

They came and did a deep clean that included a special, 10% off and a free fridge clean (inside). Two cleaners came and when we returned home two hours later the place was impeccable! Shining bright, extremely clean, and smelling fantastic!!!! They were even able to get the shower grout back to looking new. I think the pricing is extremely reasonable (even the rate before the special) because two women came in here and busted a## to make our apartment sparkle. The little touches made it even better (making the bed, folding bath linens like a fancy hotel, etc.) Communication went above and beyond. Looking forward to having them back in a couple weeks for a regular clean.

My husband is very territorial over his garage and was having a hard time letting things go. However, Melissa won him over within 30 mins. I came home from work and was singing her praises. Her ability to understand the emotional connection to material items is one of her most valuable gifts! Lux Conscious Cleaning home cleaning left my house spotless--every surface was gleaming, and even the hard-to-reach areas were thoroughly cleaned. My walk-in closet has never looked better; she helped me organize everything in a way that maximized space and was esthetically pleasing. But the standout service was her over all home organizational skills, knowledge about the real estate market and staging homes. Melissa is patient, kind, and hardworking. If you find that you need more help than you anticipated, like I did, Lux Conscious Cleaning will bring in reinforcements. Melissa schedules just enough time where you don't get mentally and physically burnt out but, feel good your accomplishments. I cannot recommend Lux Conscious Cleaning enough, from start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly efficient. Simply amazing! Five stars!!

Paid for "Deep Clean", mark missed completely Short Review:…read more$200 more expensive than MerryMaids ($478 vs $272) cleaning with less spaces cleaned than the lower priced service, equivalent cleanliness results. MerryMaids crew stayed two hours longer, did more work. Two stars for the overall experience - Pretty good cleaners by raw talent, extremely overpriced compared to the competition, middle of the market when it comes to cleanliness. Below market customer service for arguing with me about cleaning dirt off the corners of the base boards, then didn't return my sponge. Used soap on all my cast iron without asking, now I have to re-season everything. Long Review: I just paid $478 for a "deep clean" that was in all fairness a pretty good cleaning if it were a routine cleaning. Comparable to the "sparkle" cleaning I paid for from Merry Maids eight months ago for $272, but not as thorough. The only exception being that Merry Maids cleaned my sliding glass doors and the balconies, which was included in the original quote. I paid extra both times for the stove cleaning, the refrigerator etc. I also talked to a guy at their office (I think) on the phone and told him how much more I was paying compared to the last cleaning and that my expectation was that the money spent should be reflected in the level of cleanliness. He assured me that the two ladies were "the best". When they said they were done, I asked about the balconies, and they said they don't do that. There wasn't an option for that on the website either, like there was on the Merry Maids website. I also had to argue with the lady when they were trying to leave after less than 3.5 hours of work (1,600sq ft) to have her wipe down the corners of the wall by the base boards. She said it needed to be painted. When I removed the dirt by dabbing my kitchen sponge on it (they didn't bring any, just rags), she relented and wiped off the dirt. I later found that she apparently didn't return my sponge. I also had to instruct them on cleaning behind my AV system and stand, which I would assume that would be included in a "deep clean". I also found that my cast iron pans were cleaned with soap and were put in my oven wet. That's a big no no for cast because it immediately starts to oxidize. One of the pans is already showing rust so I'll have to strip it, sand it, and start over. If I'm paying for a "deep cleaning," what exactly is being cleaned that isn't part of the regular cleaning? And why would I have to monitor them and guide them on how to clean a house? I figured using a little elbow grease to remove easily removable dirt would be part of the additional fee I paid. I have attached an example of the deep clean on my floor, it took 8 seconds with a different sponge to make it look clean. I'm completely blown away by all these five star reviews. Even if these ladies are being paid $25 an hour, that's more than $300 to the business. That's more than a 60% margin against labor. If you want to pay twice as much as you need to, by all means use these people. I'll be going back to MerryMaids. I was later contacted and they pointed out that I had booked two rooms and the cleaning crew reported five. I responded that I correctly described my house when booking as having two bedrooms and 2.5 baths (clearly labeled dropdown menus), along with the square footage that includes the garage and balconies that were never touched. There is nowhere to list total number of rooms.
