In my picture was what i swept from the kitchen floor about five minutes after they left. Secondly they forgot to clean an entire bathroom. I had to call them to come back. Thirdly I had originally had three bedrooms included in the quote, when they came, i had to work in one of the rooms so i asked them not to clean it, they wouldn't take it off of the price. The fourth thing is that they thought i didn't speak Spanish and were talking trash the whole time. They were obviously upset when they had to come back and clean the bathroom they forgot but they didn't know i could understand them. Before that, when i was speaking with the boss over the phone to pay by card they were speaking in Spanish (thinking i couldn't understand) saying i needed to add a tip on their for them. The boss never translated that to me bc he was more professional but they kept saying it trying to get him to tell me to add their tip. I will never use them again. It was a waste of 200.00. If i wasn't short on time i would have definitely tried to find a more professional service. I didn't even mention the part where one of the cleaners tried to get us to book her outside of the company but then got caught when my husband called the company phone number to confirm our appointment and then she tried to blame US for it?? Im so confused by them. Please take your money somewhere else! They did nothing for us but take our money.
