My wife selected Cinderella's Cleaning Services as we needed a really good cleaning of our house. So I will say the deep cleaning job was nicely done. So we then opted to have them come once a month. Now granted, we have a 2500 sq foot house, BUT since we both work from home, they really only needed to clean two bedrooms (of which one is rarely used) and two bathrooms. We do have a living room, breakfast area, kitchen, and dining area as well. So not quite a full house but a good amount. The first cleaning there was some things that were missed (they have a checklist, so not sure how they could have missed anything). For example dusting on the furniture. Not a big deal and I get that cleaning takes a while and something could be missed like that, so we reported it and moved on. I want to say the next two cleaning went ok, but the last one they completely missed cleaning one of the toilet bowls. Now there could have been some miscommunication on our part as we had one toilet completely replaced the week before and that one did not need to be cleaned at all. Not sure why they thought both would not need to be cleaned, but we reported that as well. That's when things went downhill fast. My wife is a lot nicer than I am (I did not talk to them), but she was given a story that because of hard water buildup, they would need to come back out with special chemicals to clean it. Mind you the previous 3-4 times and the deep cleaning did NOT require any special chemicals and in fact my wife sent a before and after photo of after she took some time to clean the toilet without the need of "special chemicals". At that point, the owner and my wife had a call and it was agreed that we would just part at that point. Which is fine, but the reason we got was the person that would be doing the cleaning no longer felt "comfortable" coming to our house. What is more the case is she got caught lying and the owner instead of apologizing about it, just doubled down. If it was me, get the deep clean as they did do a good job on that, but I would NOT recommend getting the regular service. read more

I use Cinderella's Cleaning Service every other week to clean my house, about 3000 sq feet. Ailyn comes on time and prepared with everything she needs. She greets us when she comes through the door and asks if there is anything extra that we would like done besides the regular cleaning I have requested. Allyn is very respectful of our property. She immediately gets to work and does an impeccable job every time. While she is friendly, she doesn't waste time with idle chit chat. I highly recommend this company. They are family owned, which is an extra plus for me. The company even reached out to me recently to find out if I wanted my oven cleaned before Christmas or anything extra to spruce up for the holidays. I thought this was a nice touch. If I could give this zero stars I would. I paid $325 to have my place cleaned which included baseboards, window blinds and floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Liel, blocked my number after I sent her a text and asked her if she followed up and saw the cleaning job. I asked if I could send her photos so she could see that they did not clean the floor, the bathroom, the baseboards, in fact, it didn't even look like anyone had been there and they had already charged my card in full. Liel blocked my number without even receiving any photos or sending any communication back to me whatsoever.
