A Life Transformation! Psychology says that the state of our inner mind is reflected in our surroundings and, conversely, our surroundings reflect how we feel. That is why I hired Sarah. I seriously wanted my home to be transformed to improve how I feel and to reflect my inner peace and serenity. Sarah and her amazing crew did just that. While I had purchased my home BRAND NEW several years ago ... IT NEVER FELT LIKE THIS! Sarah and her team transformed my somewhat ordinary household into a virtual sanctuary that feels in tune with my soul and sincerely delights the senses. Given free reign, Sarah can truly work magic. She has the power to produce an extreme, radical change in both your home and your life. I can never go back to my old ways. I now treat my home with the utmost attention and care that it deserves. We are amazingly happy. Thank you, Sarah! read more

Between the substance abuse by the owner and the lack of delivery, and the lack of respect for client possessions, it's almost impossible to be less satisfied. Lesson learned and will never do business with again. If you don't believe the review, send her a text and ask her to give you information on a quote. You'll note that Sarah's responses ramble and reflect very disorganized thought process laden with manic behavior. This is not a professionally run business. Engage at your own risk. read more

I can say nothing less than that Sarah is absolutely amazing! From the time I reached out to the finished product, she was professional and very communicative about our projects. I called Sarah the first time about 6 months ago for a rental home that had been " cleaned". I gave back the cleaning deposit just to find there were many issues, including a " dog smell" in the carpet that hadn't gone away after an expensive enzyme cleaning. Sarah knew just the right product to use for it that removed the smell completely! Needless to say our renter was delighted with the results. This time, again, our renters had cleaned, but left a lot to be desired. I called Sarah again, and even though it was a Sunday, she got out there and worked until 11 pm getting this house spic and span! Highly , highly recommend Just call Sarah!! read more

Don't use this cleaning service! Read the other 1-star reviews as that's your likelihood if you do. We were quoted $200 for a full house cleaning with laundry. But, the first cleaning is where it'll all go wrong. Sarah charges $75/hr for the first cleaning and the cleaners will take their sweet time to extend the hours. On our first cleaning, the cleaner only completed 1/3 of the house and laundry and took 5hrs. Then Sarah asked if it was okay to add a second cleaner to finish the house for 2x the cost! This would have cost us $700+ (for reference, we have had the entire home cleaned + laundry for under $200 in less than 5hrs). It's just a scam Sarah is rude and doesn't take any accountability for her cleaners or service. She'll give you excuses and BS and text you novels Sarah even accidentally texted us copies of our own texts that she was sharing with the cleaner read more

We used Sarah to perform deep cleaning in our new construction home after we had some contractors do some work prior to moving in. Sarah was flexible and worked with our schedule. The Good: The house was cleaned from top to bottom. Every room got a nice touch from her team and she even provided videos detailing everything her team did. The Bad: Pricing. We paid a deposit based on estimated hours of work, and then paid the remaining balance after the work was completed. The result was a much longer job than desired (10 hours for an empty 3800 sqft home), effectively increasing the total massively. I've definitely worked with many cleaning services around the country ane this was by far the most money I've ever spent. This is in comparison to a condo we had cleaned after a massive amount of dust was in our home after some contract work. However, once I "shake hands" with someone I follow through on the agreed service. I just admit that I wouldn't contract at such a high hourly rate again in the future as I definitely could have paid way cheaper (I just needed the job done and so moved much quicker and against my better judgement). No fault to Sarah and her team, but a different team could have also reached our second story windows and fans with the price paid and info shared prior to cleaning. Overall Sarah was great to work with, provided excellent service, and shared a ton of great advice. However, I'm not sure we'd contract her again. read more

Sarah was incredibly timely with her response and came out the same day to view our house and provide an assessment. I was thrilled to hear that we booked just in time to take advantage of her special--book a 4-hour clean and get 1 hour free until the end of the month. It worked out perfectly for us to have our home cleaned before the holidays! The team that came to clean our house was prompt, professional, and respectful. They didn't miss a single detail, and it's clear they take pride in their work. You truly get what you pay for, and the results exceeded our expectations. I'd highly recommend Sarah and her team to family and friends. We're already planning to use them again in the future. Five stars doesn't even cover how great this maid service is! Sarah was very communicative and she even squeezed me in for a last minute appointment. She also FaceTimed with me so we could go through my priorities and ensure that the deep cleaning would be tailored to my specific needs. On the day of the service, Summer and Paul texted me in advance to give me their ETA and arrived punctually. They were beyond detailed and took note of even the smallest nooks and crannies that required attention. I truly have never had anyone do a deep clean so thoroughly! From polishing the fridge, to cleaning the ceiling fan lights and interior of the washing machine, to washing the exterior window panes... nothing was left untouched. On top of that, they were so nice! They checked in with me throughout the day, asked questions about my preferences, and even asked if I needed anything from the store when they were taking their break. While the price tag for this service may be higher compared to other options, I believe that you get what you pay for. It was expensive and took a full day, but worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. read more

I was looking for a regular cleaning service for my house and Sara looked like a great choice on Yelp. I called her up and she was super responsive and came over the next day to provide an estimate. In person Sara looked great, so despite quoting a substantially higher price - I opted to go ahead and schedule her. From that point things went down hill. Sara scheduled the first service2 weeks(!!!) In advance. OK - I figured good things come to those who wait. Not in this case. Two days prior I get a super long text from her telling me how tired she is and if she could send someone else. I answered that for the first service I'd like her to be present. I gave her some alternative time which she rejected and opted to still come as originally planned. On the day of service, at the time- she's nowhere to be found. I text her to find out her ETA and it's nearly an hour later. I guess her service is like what cable technicians used to do and give you a 4h window. She also tells me she's in another part of town (I guess the tired and rest stories were just that, excuses to reschedule). She proceeds to tell me she can't come for at least a week. At this point I realized that if she can't be trusted to keep a simple appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance - she probably can't be trusted with anything else. I told her that since she can't meet her commitment which she made just 2 days prior - I will be looking for someone else. One of the least reliable services I ever came across. read more

I contacted Sarah after being borderline-depressed from the state of my apartment. I had moved in about 6 months prior and, with all of the moving and unboxing, it was finally starting to come together... but not once had it been actually cleaned. When my space is dusty, grimy, dirty, it's hard for me to get out of bed and face the world. I've heard horror stories from all these new app-based cleaning services, and I searched all over the internet to find housekeepers I could trust. Sarah responded that same night I reached out and got me scheduled ASAP. I sent her videos of all my problem areas and she said "no problem, we can do that for you." I immediately knew I made the right choice. Sarah's doesn't have a one-size-fits-all cleaning: they will do whatever you need them to, no matter how dirty. For example, I had some gross mildewy smell and residue in my washing machine from the last renters, and Sarah asked her wonderful housekeepers to scrub that bad boy down for me. She even gave me some recommendations for what I can use at home to keep it staying fresh. Sarah makes sure every i is crossed and every t is dotted in her communications, is easy to schedule with and a pleasure to talk to, and I know her business is her baby. She's not in the business of screwing people over -- she's in the business of cleaning people's homes and making them happy. She explained that her prices are a little higher than lower-tier maid services because they reflect the pay she gives her employees, and I feel good knowing these hard workers are paid well for their amazing work. Now, for the housekeepers themselves. I've had Mindi, Johanna, Summer, and Paul clean my house, and they were all an absolute pleasure. They worked quickly and tirelessly, and I swear they got my glass lampshades shining in a way even I couldn't get them to, when I would clean regularly. They made my bathtub sparkling clean, and I finally felt comfortable taking my first bath in this now-6-month-old apartment, thanks to them. They're also easy to get in touch with, very receptive when you ask for certain things to be cleaned or done differently, and I felt extremely comfortable with them in my house. I'm having two of them back next week for my third cleaning with Sarah's services (I love all of them, so it'll come down to who is available to fit my schedule), and I couldn't be more excited! (Yep, I guess this is what adulting feels like, haha.) Thank you, Sarah, and thank you Mindi, Johanna, Summer, and Paul for making me fall in love with my new apartment and giving it the breath of fresh air it so desperately needs!!! I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

I was looking for a one time deep clean of the house as a surprise for my girlfriend. Sarah was incredibly polite, answered all of my questions and I was able to get on the schedule like 2 days later. They did an excellent job, there were only a few minor areas, that I would say got missed but all in all we were shocked at how clean the end result was. In general the attention to detail was phenomenal and level of quality was top notch. Another thing I really appreciated was the great communication that Sarah provided. She gave honest, direct answers to all of my questions, and I never felt like she was trying to 'upsell' any service onto me. Not a negative, but I will note that the price was a bit higher than some of the other quotes I got, but in the end I think the quality speaks for itself. We were definitely happy customers and will be keeping this business at the top of the list for any other cleaning services in the future! read more

I was looking for a new cleaning service when I discovered Sarah. What a breath of fresh air! Not only did she take the time to sit with me for almost an hour discussing, in detail, the services she provides but when I did hire her, to my amazement, my home looked brand new! SHE IS AMAZING!!! Parts of my house that others ignored or simply would not touch were bright and sparkling with Sarah's touch. Appliances looked brand new. The floor hadn't been this clean in years. She dusted in places that others refused to touch. She and her team did AMAZING work and I feel like I have a new house again. She's not cheap but, then again, why would you want her to be. You get what you pay for and, in my opinion, SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! My advice is hire Sarah and don't look back. You'll be glad you did! read more

My toddler is very allergic to dogs so we had to rehome our dog. We had a lab and he shed a lot so there was dog hair everywhere. Sarah's team did a massive deep clean for us. Working with Sarah leading up to the event was great. She was very thorough, transparent, and made it very clear for what I needed to do ahead of time. For the actual day of cleaning, everyone showed up on time, were super friendly, and worked incredibly hard. It was a really long day for a lot of people and the results were phenomenal. I also have a dog allergy and within minutes of them finishing I could tell a difference in how clean the air and house were. After they left Sarah contacted us right away to ensure we were happy, gave us follow up info, and has been very responsive with the few questions we've had. Really excellent service and worth every penny! read more

Update: Had second cleaning with Sarah and the employee that will do maintenance cleaning. Sarah is so mindful when hiring, hiring those with the same work ethic. They even found a place with some cracks that aren't normally seen, took pictures, and my complex maintenance came and are getting someone in to fix it. A couple of things I forgot to mention the first review: First, they use high-end cleaning products, and use them well! I had stains on my practically new light sofa, she pulled out her spray, let it dry, and now my sofa looks like it was just delivered. The second cleaning just confirmed what a fabulous choice I made hiring this service. So glad I got on her calendar before everyone realized what a great business this is. And BONUS, I am supporting a Woman-Owned business! read more

Sarah and her team went above and beyond on doing a deep clean for us. The house is the cleanest it has ever been. It was a huge job that went into extra innings, but they stuck it out for us and finished the job Sarah is very passionate about her work and pays attention to lots of details that I would have missed or not gotten to. The house just *feels* different now, like it has been elevated a level - I feel like I'm visiting someone else's house! read more

It was completely by luck that I found Sarah. I was having a gathering & had no time to clean, and when I found great reviews about her on social media & called last minute - she (fortunately for me) had some free time. She and her crew of 5 arrived when they promised and did the most outstanding job I've ever experienced - way more detailed than I had expected! Our house was absolutely sparkling when she left, & I now intend to use her more frequently. She is not cheap...so if that's what you're looking for, she's not your gal. But if you're looking for excellence & quality work, then give her a call. You will not be disappointed. read more

Sarah was super flexible with booking us (we were trying to clean in advance of having a baby... who surprised us early!) and making it work for our newly messed up schedule. Sarah and Cassie did an excellent job cleaning my home today, leaving everything spotless. Very thorough and professional. Because of a very slight scheduling snafu due to one of her staff becoming ill, she performed a number of additional items at no extra charge. I was still able to get the work performed extremely quickly and only one day later than scheduled, Sarah could not have been more apologetic and professional. I highly recommend Just Call Sarah for your cleaning needs. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMEN!!! The rudest person ever. Repeats how gross a home is. Never follows instructions. Does not provide updates. And still demands payment. I even made her stop the job because she was already behind and kept staying it was because an apartment was disgusting. So RUDE!! Never use her. It is not worth the price. There is so much more to say, but there is not enough space Also she will go into you house at all hours of the night, when you are not there, the "clean" and brings her dog. Not professional at all!! read more

We needed help cleaning a rental house that was full of grease and dirt. Sarah did an amazing job and the house now looks outstanding! She is very professional and knows so much about different tactics to attack whatever mess she finds! It took her a lot of hours to make the house sparkle and she worked very hard on it. She is very responsible and cares about her job. She did a lot of extra things (like adding wood restorer and wax to kitchen cabinets) and gave us valuable advice about what cleaning supplies to use to maintain the house. I would definitely recommend Sarah. Thank you so much, Sarah!!! read more

We had used two previous cleaning services in the past few months during the sale of our home and had terrible experiences with them. We were worried about trying someone else, but Sarah and her team were highly recommended to us. Third time is a charm in this case as our move-out/buyer ready clean was phenomenal. Sarah and her team worked their a**** off and were worth every penny! Great communication and attention to detail too. We highly recommend them and will hopefully use them again in the future. read more

Short Version: Her and her team did an awesome job and I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others. For greater detail see below. After discovering, with less than 48 hours notice, that we were going to have unexpected company for the weekend I called Sarah on Thursday afternoon (3/22) in order to see if she would be available to help out with a house cleaning the following day. Her v/m instructed me to text her for faster response so I did just that. She replied back nearly immediately asking a couple of questions before then calling me directly. We spoke briefly during which time she stated that she was currently wrapping up another job but then would come by my house afterwards to look at what we had to do and let me know whether she could complete it the following day and what the price would be. I was skeptical at first (I needed the job done) and told her that I would continue to call around because I needed assurance that it would be done. She was a bit of a character and started telling me that I was welcome to look for a groupon special but that she was the best and that's why my wife had recommended I call her (this was true, but my wife had never used her services before). She showed up as discussed, said she could get the job done, and gave me my quote. The next day the crew arrived a little later than we had discussed, but showed up 5 deep, with 2 more arriving later. It was a little disconcerting to have so many strange people in my house, and there were times I thought they were moving a bit slowly, but since I wasn't paying by the hour I appreciated the thoroughness. Ultimately though by the time they all left the condition of my house exceeded my expectations. So, while Sarah is a bit of character her and her team did an amazing job on my house and I would happily use them again. read more

I had Sarah clean a motorhome for me and they did an excellent job. I texted her on Friday morning after someone else canceled on me. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks SO much for the amazing job! read more

If only more people worked as hard as Sarah. She did an amazing job cleaning an old historic home that had been vacant for many months. She went above and beyond to do the job the right way and you can tell she takes pride in her work the minute you start talking to her. Sarah is simply amazing! I just can't go on enough about her! Her and her team came in and gave my house the best deep clean ever! Looks like a brand new home! Be careful before signing up with this service. Although the cleaning was decent, we had areas missed each time they came, and also found it hard to coordinate times of service as she was only ever able to give large windows of when she would be at our house. After the last cleaning, I mentioned to Sarah that the bathroom was never mopped and also asked if the rugs were cleaned since they were left on the counter, she apologized, I said that I felt bad for complaining but wanted to let her know, that was that...at least I thought. Two days later I receive a random text from Sarah saying that she "did not want to clean our home anymore". Ok... She followed up with another paragraph of texts stating that "she does not like me, I am not nice and I am too picky and I will never find a man". WOW! I in fact live with my boyfriend who's house she was servicing. If she did not want to clean our home anymore because we are particular on areas being missed, fine, but to get nasty and personal out of nowhere is incredibly unprofessional and unfathomable. I have never experienced anything like it. Use with caution! read more
