Johnathan and Katrina have been cleaning out house every other week for a couple years now and they are excellent. My wife kicked me off of the cleaning duties because she has high requirements for what is clean and what isn't (I swear I tried). Although I couldn't clear that bar, Johnathan and Katrina do it week in and week out. They also use no harsh chemicals and leave the house smelling like peppermint. We've asked them to do some extra things here and there - outside patio cleaning, deep cleaning in certain areas - and they always are happy to accommodate. Lastly, I work from home and so am home when they do the cleaning. They always great me and we have pleasant conversations while they clean if I'm not busy with work that day. They're so nice they even helped us out once when we left something behind while out of town one weekend - awesome! Hire them, you won't regret it! read more

Jonathan and Katrina are professional and thorough. They did two move-out cleanings for us and I was very satisfied with their work ethic and the outcomes. The third time I contacted them, I couldn't be onsite, but I trusted them completely to go and do what needed to be done. In addition to cleaning, they identified a problem with the toilets and I was able to get a plumber immediately. They also gave me a recommendation for a window cleaner and that was a great and useful referral. They really go beyond surface cleaning. In addition, they are super nice people. I am sorry to leave this review, but I feel it is warranted. I recently purchased my first home and wanted to move into a clean house. I have never used a professional cleaning service before, as I prefer to use my own cleaning materials and know that the job is getting done to my liking. I entrusted J&K to clean my home and give it a once-over before I arrived with the moving truck. I invited them out to come see the property and, oddly enough, they made comments about the some tile used throughout and changes they would make to the home (I am not asking your opinions on my new home, I am asking you to clean it). Very odd. I was not present while they cleaned and tipped generously sight unseen. My mistake. I requested and paid for a deep-clean of an empty home. When I arrived, I was supremely confused. The house was as dirty as it was when I last saw it. I specifically asked that they focus on bathroom, kitchen, and floors. I mopped the bathroom floor myself and cleaned a LOT. The bottom of the mop was filled with grime and it was clear that this had not been sufficiently, if at all, cleaned. I let J&K know and they said they understood and would come back out to clean more. They asked me to send pictures of what needed attention (um, THE ENTIRE HOUSE?). It took me some time to get back to them as I am working crazy hours and had boxes EVERYWHERE. When I finally got back, they said I never took pictures and it had been too long so they would have to charge me to come back out. I an extremely disappointed. I paid a lot of money and was not at all happy and they didn't even have the integrity to come back out to ensure I was happy. I would never again pay them to "clean" my home and will never recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors. If you're looking for a deep clean...or clean at all...look elsewhere. read more

Had booked another company to come out and do a "big clean" on our house the day before we were hosting a huge party. An hour before they were supposed to arrive, they cancelled with no explanation. I took to Yelp and started frantically calling anyone who might be available. I'm so thrilled that I stumbled across Amazing Cleaning Services! Katrina was extremely polite and sympathetic when I explained our situation. That afternoon she and her husband and son came out, walked through the house, gave a quote, and commenced cleaning. Our house looks amazing! They even were able to get some hard stains off the inside of my stove! While it was really annoying to have a big company cancel, I see now that it was a blessing in disguise. We were able to use a small local business and they got the job done in less time and (more than likely) with better results! And as an added bonus, I think we will be using them on the regular. I needed a move out cleaning and am not a fan of harsh chemicals. I called around a few places, but Katrina and Jonathan were the ones I liked the best, and I'm so grateful I went with them. My original plan was to have everything packed and moved out except for a blow up mattress but then that timeline got obliterated by the movers. Luckily Katrina and Jonathan were able to clean around everything, and truly did an outstanding job. I mean, just incredible. I'm a fairly clean person, but after two years with hill country hard water had lost the battle to ever getting my tub and shower squeaky clean. Katrina worked some magic and holy moly that thing was like new!! Jonathan got the stove absolutely sparkling, and they were pleasant conversationalists and nice to my dog. They offer incredible laundry services. It is exactly what every busy family needs. We just set our clothes out for them to pick it up with hangers and they return it the next day folded and hung up accordingly. You can schedule regular service or just text when you need it like we do. For everything they do I think the price is more than reasonable. We absolutely love Amazing Cleaning Services! This is a small, family-owned business and Katrina and her husband go above and beyond to make their clients happy. We have been using their laundry service for about a year and it has been a godsend. We set out our dirty clothes on our porch Monday, and on Tuesday they are delivered, clean and folded. They also accommodate special requests. For example, we have them put all of our shirts on hangers. They also separate our kids clothes into a separate bag per our request. I love that they use natural laundry detergent without any harsh chemicals. The prices are very reasonable as well! read more
