Be aware!! I had my comforter cleaned at Jack Brown Cleaners, located at 3421 Lakeline Blvd, Leander, TX 78641. After picking it up and taking it home, I noticed it is severely damaged. I called the store and spoke to Cindy, the manager, who asked me to bring it back so she could take a look and see what could be done. Cindy said it's a manufacturing problem. I told her, if that's the case, then why wasn't I told it was damaged before I paid? You know this looks like you're hiding something, because I didn't bring it to be cleaned in that condition. She agreed that it was not brought to her in that condition, because she is the person who put the ID numbers in all four corners before the comforter left the store for cleaning. She said cleaning isn't done in-house, and the cleaning staff doesn't communicate with the stores at all, which has been her biggest complaint. Per Cindy's request, email the corporate office on the website and see what can be done. I brought a brand new jacket in to be dry cleaned after 2 wears to remove a stain, and in the process they added a NEW stain, as well as losing one of the sleeve buttons and causing the threading along the other sleeve buttons to come extremely loose. Extremely disappointed as I am supposed to wear this for a wedding tomorrow. I had someone else pick it up for me, so I didn't see it until late at night. Now I have to beg a tailor to do a rush job for me. Awful experience, do not come here. read more

Went to drop off clothes. Cindy was just tossing clothes all over the dirty floor. I get they are gonna be cleaned anyways , but I don't want new stains on my clothes I didn't come in with. When I confronted her about it she was very rude and unprofessional. I left. Don't need this hs drama bs. read more

This place is amazing!!! My husband got motor oil on his very nice dress pants. (Don't ask) We thought the pants were goners but this place got all the spots out. Like his pants were completely drenched in oil. We are so happy! I will always trust this cleaners with my clothes and my first born. read more

DONT use Jack Brown Cleaners on Lakeline unless you want your expensive brand new clothes donated without notice! Over $400 + of dry cleaning was 'donated' after me going to pick it up & being told the clothes were sent back to be recleaned bc there were STEAM SPOTS from dry cleaning all over them. The day they received them back they were DONATED not even giving me a chance to pick them up, no call, no apology for the previous spots they caused, then GIVING them away without any apology. Cannot believe they are in business! All 3 items were brand new. read more

Ruined my shirts and won't rectify the issue. I brought in two custom made Tom James shirts that cost $250 a piece. They were returned wrinkled and creased around the neck and sleeves. The manager admitted and agreed they were not pressed correctly and admitted they have a problem with new people at their factory. Two more attempts to press them correctly and they have now permanently set the wrinkles and double creased the sleeves. The shirts are completely ruined and they will not pay for replacement. Avoid this place at all costs if you expect your expensive clothes to be cared for properly. read more

They told me to file a claim and then denied my claim because I didnt dry clean shirts that said to launder on the tag. Still waiting for Paul Brown to call me. Bad customer service: Two occasions with 24 service. Put my dry cleaning in someone elses locker. Second time put my clothes in the right locker, but they couldn't get it opened after I reported to them it wouldn't open. There response to both situations: Oh well, we'll try to get it opened tomorrow. What ever happened to we are on the way to fix the issue. Customers dont matter anymore. read more

I took 8 polo shirts in and asked for them to be laundered. The shirts came back completely stretched out! 2x's larger that when they went in. Some looked like a flapper dress! The staff at the actual store was great however when the claims were submitted "corporate" and the "president" stated they would not honor the claim because I requested laundering. I'm sure if I requested dry cleaning and they were ruined it would have been denied because I requested dry cleaning... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO JACK BROWN. Not sure what I just paid for.... I took my work uniforms in because their commercials say they can fix/clean any issue... my uniforms got thrown in with the towels (whoops!) and had a ton of lint that would not come off. I asked them to remove it. The first time I was told they were done, they had been drycleaned (which I did not request) but were still covered in lint. I told them that was not the service I requested and I needed the lint removed. The next day I was informed that they could not remove the lint, but I still needed to pay them for the dry cleaning they did, even though I did not want my clothes dry cleaned and they could not do what they were asked. Terrible service and could not live up to their commercials. They couldn't even remove a ton of lint from a uniform. read more

Made a total of 4 trips paid twice to have Jack Brown Cleaners still fail to return my shirt without lint all over it. Worse, they were unable to remove a stain created by their own starching process. The customer service is friendly enough but their quality control is absolutely non-existent. read more

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to! I have had dry cleaning done in major cities and this place is double the price of any dry cleaner and they are so rude! I'd rather launder my own clothes then use this dry cleaner. read more
