U fortunately for them the last few things I've brought are because I let my son have food in bed (insert ketchup covered comforter image in your mind here) Very reasonably priced, they're across the street so I don't go anywhere else and I'm kicking g myself for trying to clean a shirt that had anaplle juice fiasco bc my washer ate the thing up. But it was like between 30-40 for a california king. (I want to say $32 but my son ran off with the receipt for his stash) They have a drive thru you can use a bag to drop off and go pick up but I stay home now so I assume it's as good as it was a few years ago but definitely come here for larger items (like ketchup crusted comforters bc you're sick and just let your 5 year old eat in bed) read more

Been going here for a couple of years, but lately noticed some super major concerns within the last year On laundered items, I almost always have to have one item redone because they smash or crease the collars folding them onto themselves it's unwearable . Also I've had several buttons broken due to pressing too hard. I had one incident where 2 to 3 shirts had dies transferred from another persons order onto mine most recently I took a laundry shirt in which they decided to dry clean and it stripped all the colors out of it so dark, blue or black has now purple or violet. Dry cleaning is better here, but like I said, they're not reading tags --things that say cold water only they decide to dry clean and strip the colors So after taking things up there twice this month, I went through all my clothes that have never been unbagged and found more items damaged so I took those up there and the manager. John just said too bad it's too old or they don't think the colors changed however I have pictures of that shirt and it did. In summary, I really like the drive-through but once you have a problem, the employee's play dumb or runaway or in john's Case literally said too bad and I asked him if he cares and he didn't respond. I also don't appreciate being misled by John. what John didn't know as I worked at a dry cleaner in college and I know how shirts get these type of damages . They are holding the press down too long for laundered shirts or press is too hot. One such issue burned and cracked the buttons on the collar, another hard press put the outline from the fabrics permanently in the collars, which now is pretty ugly to wear For those that go to the office and try to look their best. These are valid concerns. The one thing that's really telling is my last transaction the shirt is obviously pressed incorrectly has creases all down the left side like they didn't stretch it out before they pressed it. They simply just don't want to redo it because due to age, but it still freshly pressed on their hanger never worn so why not just do it? Did you just tell Customer that you can't do something over for probably a cost of about $.50cents ???? I think the answer is probably they don't do their own laundry. They send it offsite so they probably can't control their laundry very well and of course, don't want to pay for any damages. Clean smart if you're reading this that shirt would've never made it back up there for a redo. It's not worth the gas money, but I had brought other things into to fix. That's the issue. Multiple items are damaged or done poorly each time I do my cleaning there. For those readers thinking I'm very picky. I'm not that picky but I'm not gonna look bad at work. Also, this place is costing me money. I have at least $200 worth of damaged clothing this month. So obviously I'm not going to go there anymore, but this is a warning to the rest of you I also told my coworkers, on of which who lives even closer than me to this place and he said he had to stop going there years ago for guess what damages I wish I had known!!!!!! read more

We needed to have blazers from a college reunion professionally cleaned. They had stains but they also were very fancy and made from a special fabric that requires special cleaning. I found CleanSmart when looking for a cleaner that could handle this job. Other cleaners were quoting us prices that were more than the jackets. CleanSmart cleaned them with extra attention and just charged me the typical price so it was all less than $20. They had their head cleaner come in ans examine the jackets before cleaning them or agreeing to clean them, which actually put me at ease that they were taking special care of these important, irreplaceable items. Great for shirts that just need to be pressed. I dropped off a comforter here and when I got it back it smells very stale, the fabric is dull, and there are little stains all over it. Not a great experience for something so expensive. read more

Two stars because the customer service was lovely and both pick-up and drop-off. This was our first time using them, as I had Mommy & Me dresses for my toddler/me for my son's baby shower today. We just put them on and they both STINK like moldy, gross towels. We picked them up yesterday afternoon and they've been hanging in our closet in the wrapping since. It's so bad that I don't even know if I can wear mine. Others say they can only smell it when they hug me (which: not, great) but my pregnancy nose cannot have this stink on me. I have been coming to this cleaner since the May of 2022. I came in today to drop off my husband's shirts to launder as usual. They accused me of not paying for my last pick-up. They showed me the reading on their cash register showing I still owed them. However, they never let me take my clothes until I pay so I know I paid them. They wanted me to pay them again and I refused saying I'll go home and check my Visa statement. No big surprise, I did pay them because the transaction was on my statement. I called and talked to the manager and they still didn't believe me. I had to get a printout of my statement and text it to her. Just be AWARE: Don't pay in cash in case they accuse you of not paying because you will NOT have proof! I don't know if it's a scam they're running or a legitimate error on their part. I am really annoyed and will think twice about coming back. read more

At first, I was very impressed. This location was clean; it had a drive up, and the staff was friendly and most of all, the price was very reasonable. I am new to the area, and before I dropped off my clothes, I looked for places with high reviews and found Cleansmart Cleaners. I read a few reviews and was impressed with the number of top reviews, so I decided to go with them. The drop-off and pick up process went well, and I was able to use the drive up! The day I needed to wear these clothes, I noticed most of the dress shirt's buttons wear damaged and or burned. The next day I called Cleansmart and told them about what happened, they informed me not to worry and to bring them back, and they would fix them. The next day, I went back to Cleansmart, dropped the clothes off, and they said they would have them finished by the next day. I was pleased. Five minutes later, I received a phone call from the owner, John. He tried to explain to me that the buttons couldn't have been damaged at his location. I went back to Cleansmart to speak to him in person. John seemed to be a very nice person but would not believe that this damage would have been done at his location. I explained to him that when I dropped off my clothes, they were fine and now they're not. No matter what I said, he would not believe me. Now 8 of my expensive dress shirts that I need for work all need new buttons. Cleansmart did give me back the money that I spet for dry cleaning but in regards to the damages, all they said, is "Best of luck". Honestly, I really wanted to keep using this location because of the staff and the price. But now, I will NEVER go back. read more

I used this Cleaners for over four years. Unfortunately, they ruined 6 of my dress shirts. They all had a large stain in the same place on the front of every shirt. The management refused to do anything in regards to taking care of my damaged dress shirts along with giving me any type of credit or replacement of my shirts. The representative that I first spoke with made it very clear that there appeared to have been something on their end that had stained all of the shirts in the same place on the front, but the management would not take ownership of their mistake. I have left this cleaners and beware if you want a Cleaners that will stand behind their work. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce. read more

I dress in a suit and tie 5 days a week for my job. I must wear white shirts so, I own several and rotate them about every 3 days at most. I've been taking all my laundry and dry cleaning to these folks for several months now. They seem to do an OK job on my wool suits but, not so for my white shirts. I've had them redo my shirts multiple times and still they persist in handing me back shirt collars and sleeve cuffs which are not white. All I'm saying is that it seems to me any dry cleaning service should be able to return our soiled shirts and suits cleaned of any soiled spots like shirt collars and cuffs. read more

Recently they lost a shirt of mine and I stopped by 5 times to talk to the manger/owner, I've been told by the ladies working there that he will call me back and haven't heard back from him. I know everyone can agree with me when I say everything always seems to go wrong when you're in a rush. This cleaners saved my butt on the day of my cousin's wedding. I drove into Austin bright and early for the wedding since I couldn't leave the day before. It just so happened to be raining too! When I arrived to the hotel, I quickly began unloading my stuff and with my luck... I dropped my dress into a mud puddle. YUP, A MUD PUDDLE. My heart sank and I frantically had to decide between looking for a new dress or finding a dry cleaners that could do same-day service. Luckily, I stumbled upon this cleaners. I swung by around 8ish and thought it was so cool that they had a drive-thru! With me being in a hurry, this was the perfect accommodation. I explained to them what happened and they assured me that they'd take good care of the dress and have it ready by 5. I was a little hesitant at first because I was cutting it super close but I decided to take the chance anyway. I'm super glad I decided to do so because it was ready by the time I was finished doing my hair and makeup! All I needed to do was pick it up, throw it on, and be on my merry way. We have had really good experiences with this cleaners. The covered drive through is convenient and handy. They do a great job with my shirts, slacks and ties. They are doing some alterations for us too. The service is always quick and they are extremely friendly. They are located near our gym so it's very convenient to drop off and pick up our clothes since we're in the area already. They even have dog treats on the counter, which is a nice touch for the dog lovers. They have people treats too, in the form of lollipops, probably for kids, but I love them too. Disappointed. I went to try s new cleaners and had an unfortunate experience. I brought my husband's uniform shirt to be laundered and they said it had to be dry cleaned. We've been having the uniforms laundered for 23 years and it says machine wash on the the shirt. They wanted me to sign s release for any damage that would occur which of course made me very uncomfortable and I said no thanks and took the shirt to Reid's who's been laundering uniform shirts for us all this time. I'm posting this having NOT used their services however telling you the reason I decided not to. I went in around 11:00 AM one morning last week and was faced with a woman leaning over a counter reading a magazine. There was no smile, no hello, no greeting of any kind, just an exasperated "are you dropping that off?" as if I had just bothered her to no end. I however smiled and asked if there was any chance my garment could be done today or by morning the next day, explaining that it was a small emergency - I mostly expected it not to happen but there shouldn't be any harm in asking right? Wrong! I was *rudely* told that I should have come in sooner if it had to be done by tomorrow morning and she proceeded to walk away from me, back to her Cosmopolitan or whatever she was reading. I left the store with no farewell or even remorse that they couldn't help me. So based on that experience I decided to not even bother trying again and search for a place that least has some decent customer care. read more

I am so disappointed to have to write this review because this cleaners is so close to my house and would have been very convenient. Plus, everyone that works there is very friendly so I am in no way complaining about the service in that regards. However, the quality of dry cleaning service was so bad this last time, I am actually afraid to bring my clothes back, despite the convenience. First, I noticed that the stickers placed on my tags (and one even on the fabric of my pants) would not come off. I pulled and pulled, but to no avail. I finally got a few of the stickers off, but the one that was placed directly on the clothing will not move. Why would they ever put adhesive directly on the fabric? So frustrating. Second, One of my dresses was steamed to have pleats in places where pleats do not exist. This is a dry clean only, extremely structured dress, and I will now have to get the wrinkles taken out somewhere with a commercial steamer because they aren't budging. Very inconvenient. Finally (and this was the last straw), I found that another dress was completely let out at the hem. I have only worn this dress once, it was the first time for me to get it dry cleaned, and now I will have to take it to a tailor to get it re-hemmed at the bottom. What is really irritating about all of this is that these are expensive pieces of clothing and all were purchased in the last six months. Because of that, I simply cannot bring myself to go back and risk any more pieces being treated with such un-care. I work in customer service myself and am not quick to write a negative review for a place, and yet, this is my second negative review (out of only a few reviews total) for a bad cleaners experience. I remember when this place opened and I told my wife how convenient they would be as we lived just down the street. So we tried them and knew we had found the right cleaners! Clothes always come back fresh and nothing gets lost. Best prices we have found anywhere. Staff has been together a long time and when we pull up we are greeted by our names. We ended up moving to Georgetown and tried 3 cleaners here. All very poor experiences from cost, to clothes that came back stretched out to stains on my ties that weren't there when dropped off. I was done. So twice a week I drive 40 miles round trip because they are worth the drive and quite frankly, I don't trust anyone else with my wardrobe I wear for my career. Whenever moving to a new city, one of my struggles is almost always finding a reliable dry cleaners. This time however, I struck dry cleaning gold. Six months after my first visit (2 times per week on average) and I still marvel at their efficiency, consistency and high level of customer service. There are three drop off options, drive up, overnight drop off and traditional counter service. My only wish would be a second drop off bag, but if that's neither here nor there. I've yet to have any complaints over cleaning quality. Everyone I've met here has been friendly as heck. They've never misquoted a pick up time either. They consistently get small stains out of everyday dress pants and shirts Convenient location Lollipops and dog treats at the front counter CONS: They need a ton more practice ironing/pressing...they've created their own set of pleat lines side by side with existing ones on my dress pants and have pressed random lines in several pants as well.
