As mentioned in most reviews, the owners' personalities may be a little off-putting. Don't worry though, they're just focused on getting the job done effectively and efficiently. It's worth coming here when he's working the counter just to take a gander at this strange-looking mole with hairs all growing haphazardly out of it. He seems very proud of his mole, too. I must admit, it is nothing short of amazing! Never seen anything like it on anyone else's face, I'll tell you that!

My comforter was 90" x 92" when I dropped it off, and now it measures 77" x 81" which no longer covers my queen sized bed. The new duvet cover I purchased to protect my freshly cleaned item no longer fits, obviously. No one bothered to notify me. I'm not sure how they thought I wouldn't notice? I called the store when I discovered the damage. They said my comforter was cleaned at a different location and that someone from that facility would contact me. No one has called back and it's been over 2 weeks. I waited patiently over the holidays. This is absurd. I lost a $620 wool comforter, the $61 Tide cleaning fee, and the duvet cover I can no longer return. I'm not even sure what to do at this point. What an awful and unprofessional business.
