Parking lot is one way so keep that in mind, that part was kind of a pain coming from my direction then leaving someone of course came in the do not enter and almost hit me. I had about 12 towels to wash so found one of their larger washers. I liked that everything was grouped by size and most labeled where it was easy to see. The dryers weren't great from my experience and why the 4 stars. I picked a 5 load machine over the 3 load because it was only .75c more. I put it on the high heat and let it dry for the I think 30 min it was. But the towels weren't dry. I had to load them up damn to take him and dry again. I didn't have time to run it again and also didn't want to pay another $3. They had lots of people working, folding, keeping things organized and clean which I liked.

This is my go-to dry cleaners because the Oriental man who owns it has the most fantastical mole on his face. From the center of his mole grows several strands of hair, all about four or five inches long. It's worth coming here when he's working the counter just to take a gander at this strange-looking mole with hairs all growing haphazardly out of it. He seems very proud of his mole, too. I must admit, it is nothing short of amazing! Never seen anything like it on anyone else's face, I'll tell you that!

When I went on The Laundry Spot's website I saw that they offered this service so figured I'd give them a try. I had a few questions so I called the number listed on the home page of the website, and the woman who answered referred me to another number for the pick up and delivery service which turned out is also listed if you click on the "delivery" link. I got an answering service and left my contact info and within minutes, James the owner called back and answered my questions and walked me through the process of setting up an account so that I could do the online scheduling myself. There were 3 convenient windows of times to select from for both pick up and delivery so I scheduled pick up between 8am-11am on Tuesday and delivery during that same timeframe the next day. I got a text a minute or so prior to them arriving both times and they were both within the scheduled timeframes. Since the home was unoccupied those days, I was able to text them the temporary door code I set up remotely and allow them to pick up and drop off inside in the entry way. The laundry consisted of two full sets of bedding, several towels dish towels, etc. All came back perfectly clean and nicely folded. Online I was able to select the type of soap (or even provide my own if desired), optional softeners, and add any specific instructions such as cold water, gentle cycle etc. I am so thrilled to have found this service! Since I'm a big fan of USEFUL technology, I'm very happy that I can do all of the scheduling from my smart phone, including paying the invoice. I was initially apprehensive about providing my credit card info and wanted to be sure the info was encrypted and secure. The owner, James, patiently explained to me that he's partnered with a few different technology platforms in order to make it possible to do all of this online, so it's all very secure and tested. One thing to note: because of the way the various platforms are linked, you see different URLs when you schedule versus looking at your account versus payment, but after it's set up it's a piece of cake. And best of all, the laundry comes back beautifully clean and nicely folded without me having to do a thing (I have back problems) so this is a wonderful solution for me. And the pricing is incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend trying this laundry service and supporting a great local Austin business!

Reidsville was the only place to say drop off today and we will have before 10:30 a.m tomorrow which was Friday. 2 other places said the earliest would be Monday or Tuesday 3 days after drop off. I am so impressed with the service the cleaning the communication and overall the cleaning of wife's jacket. No stains press and looking good for her show she had out of town. My comforter was 90" x 92" when I dropped it off, and now it measures 77" x 81" which no longer covers my queen sized bed. The new duvet cover I purchased to protect my freshly cleaned item no longer fits, obviously. No one bothered to notify me. I'm not sure how they thought I wouldn't notice? I called the store when I discovered the damage. They said my comforter was cleaned at a different location and that someone from that facility would contact me. No one has called back and it's been over 2 weeks. I waited patiently over the holidays. This is absurd. I lost a $620 wool comforter, the $61 Tide cleaning fee, and the duvet cover I can no longer return. I'm not even sure what to do at this point. What an awful and unprofessional business. I need to give this social media attention and file with small claims court. Photos show the mass of excess fabric of the inner lining, which was originally taut, new staining all along the edges from improper cleaning, and newly uneven and misshapen border.

I waited an extra day and went Tuesday. To my surprise when I got there Christoper who seriously is just a terrible person was there. And he told me that my clothes were not ready and when I showed him my slip that showed that my clothes would be ready on Monday he laughed and said no come back after 6. I tried to ask another question and he slid the door close in my face. I'm so disappointed in the service. And as a manager I would have fired him a long time ago. I will be taking my business somewhere else. And will make sure to tell all my friends and family to do the same. I don't know how y'all are still in business with an employee like that.
