I travel for work and have been to a lot of different laundromats in the Austin metro area. This is the best one I've been too and the only one that isn't weird or nasty. Best to not go on the weekend though because it's really busy. The owners seem to take good care of the laundromat and reinvest into it. They recently added some new chairs which are pretty nice. I appreciate their reinvestment in the business to improve the customer experience. That's a smart move as business owners. The machines are also much better than other laundromats I've been to in the area. Some are out of order but other than that this place is ideal. I feel like I'm getting my moneys worth and even though I hate having to pay to do my laundry, I'd rather wash it here than the hotel. read more

Wash it All is an extremely clean laundromat and so conveniently located for me. I wanted to try going there at least one more time, to see if anything had improved with their washers. So today, in good faith, I returned to this laundromat and used 7 washers, one of which was a larger load capacity . As I started each washer, I was horrified , once more, to observe that there wasn't any water entering the machines for the first 10 minutes, which was supposedly the "wash" cycle. Only when the "rinse cycle came on, did water come into the machines. That cycle lasted for 4 minutes, which included spinning. The final rinse came on, followed by the "spin" cycle.... This happened on all the machines... All of this happened during a 23 minute time frame. That means that everything washed, rinsed and spun in 13 minutes! How could anything be clean in such a short amount of time? When I was putting everything in the dryers, the towels and clothes were soapy and still heavy with water. This caused me to have to dry everything twice as long as it should have taken.. So today, doing my laundry at Wash it All, turned out to be a huge mistake, and disappointing once again... I really thought this time would be different ! It cost me over $100.00, and I still have to rewash everything! read more

Everything!! If you're low on cash you can use your credit card. Of course there are change machines. If you forget your laundry supplies they sell them there. They're always clean, the bathroom has never been dirty. The other customers are courteous and friendly. And they have free WiFi not to mention a nice set up if you choose to sit outside. And if you do, you can see everything from wherever you're sitting. There's plenty of parking, vending machines and more!!! I will not ever go to another laundromat unless I'm out of town. Writing this review as I sit here. I came here to wash 2 king comforters and they have 2 machines that fit 8 loads so I am using those. ($9 per wash and a 23 minute cycle) and they appear to jostle the comforter much more than my home washer. ON a Tuesday at 10:30am only one person is here and then one person walked here from a nearby home. Not busy at all. I went and got cash before I came assuming I would need it, but their machines take card. I'm sitting here at an outside table working using their wifi and they have a soda machine and couch to hang out on. My only suggestion would be a table inside to sit at. I can imagine on poor weather days it would be nicer to sit inside. read more

I would not go anywhere else for my laundry needs! This laundromat is consistently clean. It's super high-tech having a credit card machine as well as Wi-Fi. It's also in a location where everyone is very polite and it's usually quiet when I come. Extra points for being open late night! I would 100% recommend. read more

One of the nicest, cleanest laundromat I've stepped in. I can't tell you how many units they have but it's quite a bit, very impressive. I only came to utilize their extra large washer and dryer for a king comforter and am pleased that I chose this place. It's well kept, a/c, adequate seating, change/coin machine, snack vending machines, bathroom, WiFi etc. if you have to do laundry, I'd highly recommend this place. Pretty much a great place to come get laundry done. Cold a/c, soda and snack machines, games for kids, track across the street in case you need to get a workout while your laundry gets done. Most machines working, ones that don't are clearly marked, fair prices, couch (well worn) in case you want to stretch out. Oh yea, restrooms and soap/bounce/downy dispenser. Looks fairly well maintained and tables outside including a picnic table outside. Not perfect but okay. Inside of laundry roomy, not cramped. Has free WiFi to boot. Only a couple other people there, but it was 9 am on a Monday. The place was clean and well-lighted. There was plenty of clean seating. I saw one out of order machine, but it was clearly marked. And, there were plenty of other machines. The machines I used worked well and were clean. There was no attendant, but I didn't need one. The change machine worked well. $3 for a double-load machine and $0.25 per 5 minutes in the dryer didn't seem like a bad price. read more

In normal times I would give this place probably 4 stars but management and other customers seem unaware there is a pandemic going on. There is no hand sanitizer to be found, nor spray sanitizer to spray down the equipment. Not even a sign on the door to remind customers that it is the law now to wear a mask. There are about 6 other people washing plus 3 young kids here and only the kids and an older gentleman are wearing masks. Even the kids' mom isn't wearing a mask! I haven't used a laundromat in a really long time, but my washer broke and can't get the new one for a month! (Ordered July 4 only to find delivery not until mid-late August). Again, if it weren't for the uncaring attitude by management towards people who honestly have no choice but to patronize places like this even during these times on a regular basis or have their families wearing dirty clothes, I would have given 4 stars. It's pretty clean and the equipment is in good condition. I used the 4x size washers for 2 loads. It was $4 a load and the wash cycle was 23 minutes. I didn't use the dryers because thank god mine still works. I stopped by the other place nearby before choosing this one (the one with the car wash) and I picked this one because it appeared a little nicer, but I didn't realize until I started washing the way it is here COVID-wise. At Leander Laundry and Car Wash they had mask signs on the door and everyone I saw had a mask. I even asked another customer a question and he had his mask pulled down as I approached him and he pulled it up in place when he realized it, before answering me. I found this place to be very clean and the machines were nice as well. I took my king size comforter and washed it in one of their extra high capacity washers and briefly dried it in their high capacity dryer. They were both in good operating order, but a little expensive. The wash was 8.00 and the dry was .25 per 4 minute cycle. I ended up just talking it home and drying it in my own home dryer. I did leave behind a bag of snacks, soap and dryer sheets etc and didn't realize it until a few hours later. Went back and it was in the same exact spot that I left it. I was so happy! read more

Super clean, great selection of washers & dryers. Small loads cost $2.25 drying is $.25 per 6 minutes. Husband and wife are courteous, kind and caring owners. The laundromat is bright with natural light and fun paint colors. Change machines, laundry supplies, soda machine, FREE wifi, restroom, video games, a large comfy sectional couch, folding tables and laundry baskets make this a pleasant place to do the chore of laundry! DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT. The doors lock unexpectedly at random times (5pm!), locking people out with their laundry, keys, phone, or anything else left locked INSIDE. The manager is incredibly rude and won't come to open the doors, telling a group of us we had to wait over 2 hours. A group of us had to CALL THE COPS in order to get the manager to come open the doors. Let this business wither and head down the street to another laundromat! We discovered that our dryer had stopped working this evening and had two piles of wet clothes plus several more that needed to be washed. So off to the laundromat we went! This laundromat is clean and well lit and has a change machine, making it unnecessary to bring quarters with you. There is a machine that sells laundry powder and fabric softener plus lots of rolling baskets to cart your clothes around. There are several folding tables available and a couch as well as chair seating. Wash It All also offers free wifi, although I couldn't get my phone to join using the posted password. There is a restroom as well as an area containing arcade games and a soda machine (no diet sodas, though!). There were no employees or owners present when we were here late on a Saturday night, but there were several families present, and it felt safe. Our washing machine went out and we have a 2 month old. The appliance repair has taken significantly longer than expected...unfortunately. With 2 weeks of laundry in tow along with my little family, we washed dried and folded 16 loads of laundry in 2 hours. The washing machines range from holding 2 to 8 loads and run $2.25 - $8.00. The dryers range from holding 4 to 8 loads and run $.25 for 6-8 minutes. There are change machines, restroom, soda machine and if you're in a pinch, there are also soap machines. Washer went out and I'm waiting on a part to be ordered. I despise laundromats, but this place is great. I never mind paying a little extra for quality and cleanliness. There was a man here who was very sweet and was constantly sweeping, emptying trash cans, and maintaining the place with a smile. I was here for quite a while and every so often he would bring candy around to all of the adults and asked parents if the kids could indulge in the candy as well. There is a great little arcade to pass the time and keep the kids entertained in the corner. Wish I had that when my mom was dragging me around to these places as a kid. All in all for having to go to a laundromat, I was super pleased! If my washer isn't fixed next week, I know where I'm going! read more
