The woman at the counter is super rude..and has caused me not to return to this business. This was my second time experience with this company, I was recommended through a friend of mine who stated they were quick and efficient. I had a dress dry cleaned which cost me a total of $50.06 after tax. My first time experience was the same as my second. This woman had a very mean mug on her face ... she asked me questions I didn't know the answer too as I'm not familiar with clothing products & how they're supposed to be washed and became frustrated with me. I decided that it would be best to leave the dress there as I needed it for an event the following weekend. Upon pickup I was greeted by a different woman who was much more bubbly, kind, and made me feel like a welcome customer. I paid, analyzed the dress and was super happy. I decided to leave the bad taste of the woman behind as I understand people have their days.. I went in again as I needed two shirts dry cleaned.. I was again greeted by the woman with the mug on her face, I kindly asked how much it would cost me to have the shirts dry cleaned and she told me $28 a piece, I was fine with that but she was demanding that I now pay upfront... (I was in a different car so I didn't have my wallet - fully aware that's my fault.) I began to mention how I had just recently gotten dress dry cleaned and that I could pay upon pickup and she because super aggressive stating that if "I can't afford to pay now there will be no service." I kindly grabbed my shirts and left. I had no problem running home grabbing my wallet and returning but after being spoken too like that I decided I didn't wanna spend my money here again. As for the tailoring this place is decent, but extremely expensive. My mom is a tailor in a different state so I have a general idea of how much should be charged. I had a top that I bought for $8. The material was cheap, but lady kept saying it was formal wear (which it was not). It was a completely plain (no design) and I just needed the sleeves to be shortened. She was charging $40 for just that. I ended up taking my stuff to another tailor who got several things done for well under what I would've been charged here. I'm not sure why this place has good reviews. I have had my WORST dry cleaning experience with this woman. I brought in a couple of pieces and she went through every one of them to see what she could have cleaned for the least amount of effort and over charge me for it. I told her multiple times one of the items was a blouse and she marked it as a jacket to hike up the price. I then go to pick it up and she basically rushed me out of her shop only for me to get home and notice she RUINED the items she was supposed to have cleaned. She charged me upfront only to destroy my items. The vintage silk blouse I had her clean was returned to me ripped in the back (*see before and after pic below). The other vintage top I had her clean came back with one of the accent buttons missing which is VERY noticeable and depreciates it. I expressed my frustration and she agreed to fix the blouse and wanted to keep it another week after she already had it for a week. We then agreed on another 4 days to have it fixed. I show up to her shop to get the blouse and she made me wait another fours hours for it and then had what looked like a security guard call me to come and get it whom I had never even seen before from the couple of times I wasted my gas and time going back and forth to her shop. I get there and she has him hand it to me and I see a new stain that wasn't there before. Because I am a black woman she used a black man to intimidate me while in her shop. I then began to ask why my pieces keep getting ruined and she has the man gaslight me into thinking they have done nothing wrong! I eventually had to leave because I was so shocked and frustrated that this "dry cleaning" business was actually a real business. The owner is racist, rude and a LIAR! I've been going on a regular basis and always get great service but this case was above and beyond. I neglected to realize that they were closed on Presidents day but needed my suits for an early flight the next day. My wife reached out to them on their FB page to ask for assistance. They not only responded to the post in less then 5 min - but they agreed to open the store on a day that they were closed so i could get my clothes. It was an awful experience and I want to help other brides avoid it. There are other alteration places that are much better and very well priced such as the one I recommended. You didn't try to reach me out to pick up my dress, you told me I can pick up Saturday but I was out of town so I picked it up the Monday after. I had my phone with me and you didn't call or text. I didn't want to tell you I would be out of town Saturday as the dress was usually not ready for the fittings anyway. As far as the final fitting, you could have offered at least the bathroom for me to try it on. You took the payment at the beginning of the job and then you didn't care about completing the job. Had a pair of jeans I needed to get hemmed. Turnaround was quick, two days, and shop was clean. Thing is, price for hem is $20. Not for original hem. This is double the price any other local tailor charges for a very basic adjustment. I'm sure this tailor is talented at making complex alterations, but a hem should cost $10-$11 tops. $20 is outrageous. Also, no price list on website, so $20 definitely came as a shock. read more

It seems owner Sunny thinks I am who left her a bad review below. Well Sunny, I just hadn't gotten around to to leaving my feedback. Guess you've made two people angry with delicate garments. But where can I start?! I have been bringing my items here for a few years. They came under new ownership in April and since then I have had problems. I pointed out the issues and let them know I have been dry cleaning those specific items for a while and was unsure why they suddenly changed texture and color on my delicate items. The problem is they use too high of heat on delicate items. It will burn and frazzle and discolor items EVERY TIME. It doesn't take a genius to figure it out. Instead they refuted the claims and didn't take responsibility. I even went back and let them try again, since they offered. Same problem. Not fixable. They are now ruined. I too have lost an item here. It's also fun to mention how the male owner was pulling in to bring the shipment of clean clothes in his van and started yelling (yes yelling) and pointing his finger for me to move out of "his" parking space for his van. It's not marked and does not say "for van parking" or "owner parking space". I couldn't decide if I was angry or if I should laugh. ‍ If you value your items, go elsewhere! read more

We LOVE this local business! Sunny and her family have the personal caring touch that makes us feel valued as customers. We often have huge loads of dry cleaning, have had several items tailored and special cleaning done as well. Everything always comes back better than when we dropped it off. Sunny has personally made my life easier, will even give me a call if something is ready early if she knows we were in a rush scenario.
