I frequently do laundry in this store - they owner is friendly and typically accommodates late requests or is very upfront in letting us know that it doesn't work if she's busy. read more

This place re did a zipper on a coat 5-8 years ago for $85. High but was good work. Today I asked her to put a 1" x 3" patch on a jacket and she was going to charge me $45 and it would take a week. I went 3 miles up the road and got it done instantly for $15 Your customer service is weak, your return times a horrible Can't support a business that doesn't want your business. Trash! read more

I would never go to any others cleaners in the Pflugerville area. Tailor Fit is absolutely the best. The business is a bit tricky to find but well worth the treasure hunt. Sunny is the best. It is obvious she knows her trade. She is so sweet and personable. She follows all requests and gives advice when needed. I find her pricing comparable if not better for services rendered. Thank you Sunny for being the best! read more

I have all my dry cleaning as well as any alterations done here. They never disappoint. The ladies who work there are friendly and helpful.

so disappointed! I took a formal dress to be cleaned and they charged me $123 upfront and not only could they not remove the stain but it looks worse than before. read more

This place is a hidden gem! The owner -you can tell- takes such pride in helping her customers. We will definitely be using Tailor Fit for all alterations and cleaning from now on. read more

I was so happy to find this place. We had just moved to Pflugerville and we're in need of a dry cleaners. We drove past this place a few times as it is conveniently located on our way home. We decided to use them as we needed a few things dry cleaned for the weekends NFL game. Sunny was kind, helpful and extremely professional. The place was clean and well inviting. My husband Rickey left his jersey to get cleaned. As promised it was cleaned by next day and was Perfect. Sunny got the whole family "jersey" ready for the big game on Sunday. We would absolutely come back here again. Thank you Sunny. read more

I have been bringing our personal clothing & bedding for 4 years and everything comes out beautifully pressed and with linen blouses that's important. Two years ago I also started bringing items from my Home Staging & Design warehouse and it's been a life saver. Part of our inve is bedding, decorative pillows & towels to stylize and decorate our Home Staging projects. To be able to bring these items in and know the will be properly handled and clean is a lifesaver and me from replacing these items. Sunny and her staff are polite, always helpful and will do anything please their customer. I highly recommend Tailor Fit Cleaners and Alterations for all your special, beautiful things, clothes and bedding & pillows! read more

As for the tailoring this place is decent, but extremely expensive. My mom is a tailor in a different state so I have a general idea of how much should be charged. I had a top that I bought for $8. The material was cheap, but lady kept saying it was formal wear (which it was not). It was a completely plain (no design) and I just needed the sleeves to be shortened. She was charging $40 for just that. I ended up taking my stuff to another tailor who got several things done for well under what I would've been charged here. We've had items dry cleaned and they are also expensive. Nothing really stood out about that. Most likely won't be back because they're just WAY too overpriced. read more

Great turnaround time. We dropped off my husband's wedding suit and shirt. It was ready the next day.

I broke my new swimsuit top and girls your know how hard it is to find a top you love. I had to leave for vacation in a few days and called up here to see if they could fix it! The owner was amazing, nice ans got it done a day early with a nee loop that fits perfect!!! Will be back! read more

Tailor Fit is a great dry cleaner! I take my work suits and dresses there often and have never been disappointed!

All I can say is my experience here was not good at all. I did end up getting my money refunded, but even though it's convenient in my neighborhood, I will never go back here again go to Comet cleaners they have really good customer service. read more

Pleasantly surprised by this place! I am weary of several others in the area but I will come back! Pricing is extremely reasonable and their turn around time was quick! I took in a jumpsuit that was all lace (a serious pain to hem at home) and it was done in less than a week. The stitching exceeded my expectations! Parking is tricky because there are several businesses and a gas station with just a few spots! Not an issue I would just be cautious! read more

I went here for last minute alterations for a dress on a Monday and needed by Friday, and the woman who helped me was very kind and soft spoken. She was very friendly during the entire fitting and said she would be able to get it done by Thursday afternoon. She made the dress perfectly as I requested and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely continue using this business for all of my alterations goings forward. I haven't tried the cleaning services yet, but I'll keep them in mind for that as well! read more

They did a great job taking care of our dry cleaning. Decent prices and happy with the product.

It doesn't matter what you say sunny I was there you doing this for review but you were a terrible terrible owner you complained the whole time you would say it's ready one day it never got ready to a month later. At any time you could have felt free to say what you had to say I told you I was going to leave a few I was unhappy with your work but I cannot speak for everyone else I would never never use or refer anyone to you. read more

I dropped off a newly bought, never worn dress for dry cleaning. After picked up, I realized there's some dust on the bottoms of my dress which was not there when I brought it in, making it looks like this dress has never been cleaned and probably got dragged all over the place. Did this store really dry clean my clothes? Or did I pay them for doing nothing??? read more

Ha they did as promised fast and without complaint. Well done. I brought a blanket covered in animal filth and they didn't even blink.

I had to take a moment to write a review for the incredible customer service that I received at this business. I've been going on a regular basis and always get great service but this case was above and beyond. I neglected to realize that they were closed on Presidents day but needed my suits for an early flight the next day. My wife reached out to them on their FB page to ask for assistance. They not only responded to the post in less then 5 min - but they agreed to open the store on a day that they were closed so i could get my clothes. This was an incredible gesture and one I won't soon forget. Thank you x 1000! read more

I'm not sure why this place has good reviews. I have had my WORST dry cleaning experience with this woman. I brought in a couple of pieces and she went through every one of them to see what she could have cleaned for the least amount of effort and over charge me for it. I told her multiple times one of the items was a blouse and she marked it as a jacket to hike up the price. I then go to pick it up and she basically rushed me out of her shop only for me to get home and notice she RUINED the items she was supposed to have cleaned. She charged me upfront only to destroy my items. The vintage silk blouse I had her clean was returned to me ripped in the back (*see before and after pic below). The other vintage top I had her clean came back with one of the accent buttons missing which is VERY noticeable and depreciates it. I expressed my frustration and she agreed to fix the blouse and wanted to keep it another week after she already had it for a week. We then agreed on another 4 days to have it fixed. I show up to her shop to get the blouse and she made me wait another fours hours for it and then had what looked like a security guard call me to come and get it whom I had never even seen before from the couple of times I wasted my gas and time going back and forth to her shop. I get there and she has him hand it to me and I see a new stain that wasn't there before. Because I am a black woman she used a black man to intimidate me while in her shop. I then began to ask why my pieces keep getting ruined and she has the man gaslight me into thinking they have done nothing wrong! I eventually had to leave because I was so shocked and frustrated that this "dry cleaning" business was actually a real business. The owner is racist, rude and a LIAR! The least she could do for me was refund me which she did. DO NOT TRUST HER WITH YOUR CLOTHES. read more

It was an awful experience and I want to help other brides avoid it. There are other alteration places that are much better and very well priced such as the one I recommended. You didn't try to reach me out to pick up my dress, you told me I can pick up Saturday but I was out of town so I picked it up the Monday after. I had my phone with me and you didn't call or text. I didn't want to tell you I would be out of town Saturday as the dress was usually not ready for the fittings anyway. As far as the final fitting, you could have offered at least the bathroom for me to try it on. You took the payment at the beginning of the job and then you didn't care about completing the job. Other places take the payment after the job is completed and the customer is happy. read more

Tailor Fit hemmed my dress sleeves in the perfect amount of time and did a fantastic job!

Sunny is the best! I'm so excited to have finally found my go-to place for alteration needs after moving from Kentucky. I was in a time crunch and needed a bridesmaid dress altered before a wedding. Sunny was so helpful and professional. She responded to my inquiry very quickly which was much appreciated when I was so stressed! My first experience at Tailor Fit was great. Sunny was kind and very quick to measure the part of the dress that needed to be hemmed. She had the dress pressed and ready for me before the date I requested. I can confidently recommend Tailor Fit Cleaners and am thankful I found Sunny's business through Yelp! read more

I had a horrendous experience here, they do not know how to take care of the clothes, they ruined a couple of my clothes and I definitely felt like I was been racially targeted. Do not go here! read more

Had a pair of jeans I needed to get hemmed. Turnaround was quick, two days, and shop was clean. Thing is, price for hem is $20. Not for original hem. This is double the price any other local tailor charges for a very basic adjustment. I'm sure this tailor is talented at making complex alterations, but a hem should cost $10-$11 tops. $20 is outrageous. Also, no price list on website, so $20 definitely came as a shock. read more

It seems owner Sunny thinks I am who left her a bad review below. Well Sunny, I just hadn't gotten around to to leaving my feedback. Guess you've made two people angry with delicate garments. But where can I start?! I have been bringing my items here for a few years. They came under new ownership in April and since then I have had problems. I pointed out the issues and let them know I have been dry cleaning those specific items for a while and was unsure why they suddenly changed texture and color on my delicate items. The problem is they use too high of heat on delicate items. It will burn and frazzle and discolor items EVERY TIME. It doesn't take a genius to figure it out. Instead they refuted the claims and didn't take responsibility. I even went back and let them try again, since they offered. Same problem. Not fixable. They are now ruined. I too have lost an item here. It's also fun to mention how the male owner was pulling in to bring the shipment of clean clothes in his van and started yelling (yes yelling) and pointing his finger for me to move out of "his" parking space for his van. It's not marked and does not say "for van parking" or "owner parking space". I couldn't decide if I was angry or if I should laugh. ‍ If you value your items, go elsewhere! read more

We LOVE this local business! Sunny and her family have the personal caring touch that makes us feel valued as customers. We often have huge loads of dry cleaning, have had several items tailored and special cleaning done as well. Everything always comes back better than when we dropped it off. Sunny has personally made my life easier, will even give me a call if something is ready early if she knows we were in a rush scenario. We left our auto pick up and delivery service about a year ago and have never looked back. This small business is onto something big, excellent customer service. I sometimes have to bring my kids with me for pick up, she is always attentive to them as well! It is so great that there is a place like Tailor fit that can really add value to our wonderful community. Thank you Sunny and family! Keep up the amazing efforts! read more

Did a good job. Great cost and convenient for where I live. We paid in advance. I did have the other half drop off for me and I picked up.
