I called before coming to pick up the dress because it was cutting it close to closing time. I didn't realize they closed at 6 and I was stuck in traffic. When I walked in the lady was hanging my dress up and I laughed happily realizing she already had the dress out (I didn't give her my name when I called so I was surprised she knew which dress it was) She made an annoyed sound after that and then when I was paying she was tapping her nails on the counter the whole time. If paying customers annoy and inconvenience you that much, maybe you should get a different job. read more

Had bridal party attire completed (long dress for me; suit for husband), and requested special attention to stains on suit: husband managed to back into every pollen-bearing plant at the wedding in his cream-colored suit. They removed them all completely, looks like he never even wore it! Also impressed with the packaging: dress came in a robust cardboard frame with soft hanger, and husband's suit even had this neat plastic hook to protect the button. I've been going to this location for the past 19 years and the quality in their work is exceptional. In addition, the staff is always helpful and friendly. I'm done going here. They always forget to crease my shirts and when they do the crease is always off center from where it should be (it's behind my arm or in front instead of down the middle). When they forget to crease them they try to blame me and say I didn't tell them ?? I say the same thing every time I drop something off there...launder, press and crease the shirts and pants !!! They've even come with the tag back saying to crease them ON THE SHIRT and they weren't done !! Anyway...The turn around is ok but dealing with the woman up front plus the lack of completing the job is ridiculous. Current staff person is the wrong person to be in front of people ... on steroids. You know, laundry is laundry, if you want to differentiate yourself it is going to be with the people you have in front of the public. The first time I walked into this location the woman behind the counter gave me an exaggerated, put-upon attitude as though she were completely uninterested in my business. Now I'm no stranger to having a bad day at work so I just wrote it off as such. Come back the next day to the same crummy attitude followed by, "You need to come back later, it's not ready. Your ticket says it should be ready, and I told you it would be ready by now, but I need to mumble mumble computer something." Hi I went to your cleaners in Pflugerville to pick up my husbands dry cleaning and the lady working the day shift was rude and made me feel like I was interrupting something important and was bothered by this, I got my stuff and left. Well thought I would give it one more try, went in she did the same thing. Asked Can I help you and her tone was again like I was putting her out, so I turned around and told her no you cant. I also told her she needed to learn how to say hi to her customers. At 9:18 I knocked on the door and a woman from the back opened the door. When she opened the door I found her anything but pleasant. It was almost like she was inconvenienced by me being there. I let her know that I thought she was rude and left without dropping my clothes off. Before I left I asked her for the managers name and the sad thing was she said she was the manager. I've been using this place for a little over 2 years because I drive pass it on my way home to work. It's always the same attendant thats been there this entire time, she's very grumpy and not friendly, when you ask information she always respond in a very unfriendly way, but after today I will never step foot there again! I arrived there today around 6:27pm knowing they close at 6:30pm to drop off a load and the door was locked, I saw her in there and knocked on the door and she looked at me and nodded her head. Unbelievable how a business can treat someone this way. Don't waste your money on a business that don't appreciate you. I'm totally done! I hope the owner reads this and have a little talk to her. I have had several experiences with this lady and there hasn't been an instance where she is pleasant. You have to wonder what the owner is thinking making this lady the face of your company in Pflugerville. Your brand is as strong as your weakest link. I flipped burgers in H.S and college and enjoyed the interaction with people and is why I choose a career in healthcare. Life is hard, it's even harder when you don't enjoy the work you do. Took them three items --- 2 pair of men's trousers and 1 ladies' blouse. After I picked up the items and got home, saw they had cleaned and pressed the men's trousers even though one light-weight wool pair had 4 or 5 places where moths had eaten holes. Now wish I had check more closely before I left that pair ---- you would think when they saw the holes that they would have put them aside or called to ask me if I was sure I wanted them cleaned and pressed. And the blouse looked exactly like it did when I left it there to be cleaned and pressed. I definitely will not be going there again!! read more

I have been to this cleaners several times because I have felt my clothes came back clean and because they were close by despite the lack of customer service. However, because of the continued lack of customer service and the rude attitude of the employee working in the front I cannot continue to go. Last week I went in to drop off some shirts just as the phone was ringing. She answered and I could tell it was not another customer but a friend by the nature of her conversation. Instead of putting them on hold she said, "your shirts will be ready tomorrow." She didn't even acknowledge I was there, never made eye contact, Never got off the phone, no thank you. And to beat it all, never asked what I wanted done to the shirts! I assume she had my usual order on file since I had been there before but I will not be back. Looking back over previous reviews, this is consistent behavior that had been going on for years. Something needs to be done. A friendly attitude can go a long way and she does not have it. read more
