Vincent is extremely nice, courteous, and clearly takes pride in what he does, in particular, the cleanliness of the place. It had and still has an old and moldy stench, that seems to have deeply permeated into the fabric of my suit. We tried the steam-fresh cleaning cycle at home, with a couple of dryer sheets, but the stench would not go away. I had no choice but to wear this suit to my interview. Weeks later, the stench still fills my entire clothes closet and I don't know if I can ever use my suit again. It was truly a waste of my money taking my clothes here for dry-cleaning.
