i don't recommend this place to anyone at all. it is now run by a shyster. and the lady who works…read morein the morning, Linda, steals money from the laundry. she has her own side business going on. she offered to finish out my laundry (i was in a hurry) for cash. at first i said ok. when i went to the counter to get my ticket, she wanted me to pay her by CashApp. I didn't want to do that and she got upset. she wasn't going to put my order in the computer at all! something fishy with this lady. i suspect that she's been pulling the wool over the owner's eyes all this time and doing things behind his back. of course the owner is probably turning a blind eye. he's just as crooked as she is i think. upon closer look at the washers, they are very nast and disgusting. there is mold and green slime around the rubber seal. i can't believe that i washed my clothes in such filth!! i will never return to such a nasty place. run and spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Parking lot is one way so keep that in mind, that part was kind of a pain coming from my direction then leaving someone of course came in the do not enter and almost hit me. I had about 12 towels to wash so found one of their larger washers. I liked that everything was grouped by size and most labeled where it was easy to see. The dryers weren't great from my experience and why the 4 stars. I picked a 5 load machine over the 3 load because it was only .75c more. I put it on the high heat and let it dry for the I think 30 min it was. But the towels weren't dry. I had to load them up damn to take him and dry again. I didn't have time to run it again and also didn't want to pay another $3. They had lots of people working, folding, keeping things organized and clean which I liked.

When I went back to pick up the suit they were incredibly kind and even went as far as to not charge me for the cleaning. As funerals are extremely expensive, it was so nice to have one less thing to pay. I went back to take my husbands suit, thinking this time I had enough time not realizing that they were closed half days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and again they put a rush on my cleaning no problem!!! So our dryer broke about 2 to 3 weeks ago so I have had to go here a few times to keep our clothes…read morewashed and dried. The staff is always friendly and helpful, they have quite a few washing machines though there are a few broken ones and at least one that can't get hot water but works otherwise. The whole back wall is dryers which seems like plenty and would be if it were not for inconsiderate people. Most days I have gone managed to be a weekday so no bad. This last visit was on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Barely found a parking spot, but my big issue was the dryers. So many had clothes sitting in them, the cycle done but no one taking care of it. Not a great look when it is not busy but when it is so busy there are no open ones do better. I wish the laundromat had some kind of rule or did something if it is sitting there too long, at least when it is this busy. But otherwise it was fine. None of the TV's have ever been on, though that is one of the selling points on the wall. The first visit back in 2019 had one of them going. Since then not at all. They do sell cans of soda, water, and chips if you are going to be there for a while.

The customer service has not changed, it is still top notch. Bottom line, weekends are messy. I'll try to stick to during the week and that might help.

Just don't come hungry, because the vending machines are way way WAY overpriced. Like predatory levels of overpriced on some items, several dollars for a tiny bag of chips that would cost $0.50-$1.50 at a grocery store or convenience store is sold for up to $5.00 sometimes. Not sure if this if the owner's doing or if they are renting that space to a vending vendor, but it's really off-putting in a world filled with shrinflation and ever-present corporate corruption.
