I came to this location for alteration services.  I paid for one-day service and instead my item was lost. It appeared 4 days after I dropped it off. This was an alteration issue. When I discussed it with the staff, they adjusted my bill to remove the rush charge I paid. This location has a weird traffic pattern.  Rather than have folks walk in and wrap across the counters, they go the opposite direction, which makes a group of people having to walk past each other to get in line. read more

I found Zips online...one of the few places with over a 4-star rating and it's easy to see why. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Prices are very competitive if not downright cheap. They have an area off to the side to take in alterations, and I'm always having to get things hemned as my legs are a 31 instead of the 30 or 32 you almost always have to buy. I'm pretty excited abput this place and just sent my wife by with a load of stuff she had been waiting to get cleaned that I was unawate of when I took my linen jacket in...I know she'll be taken care of here. 5 stars! read more

First off I have been going to this cleaner's since this first open here on Parmer Ln. The service was pretty good but there is always high turn over with staff. Thenforst manager was pretty cool and nice but I think she quit, not sure.. Anyways the reason this place is getting a 1 star is because they have burned not 1, not 2 but 3 pairs of dress pants. All three pants had the same damage in the same area. Inner & outer thigh area. My Calvin Klein dress pants cost me $95 and i had them for less than 12 months, and they me so crap story about blue book value and gave me $30 dollars. On my other pants they said that they were gonna take pictures and send them to some fabric institution and they were gonna let them know what went wrong..REALLY??? Anyways they said that they would not do anything as far as compensation for my pants that THEY DAMAGED.. They told me its a chemical reaction to cologne..Who in the hell sprays cologne on their pants?? No one its a excuse that they used to decline responsibility... Anyways take this advice from one of their first customers... Take your clothes somewhere else.. If you like quality you have to expect to pay for it. everything in life that is inexpensive isn't good.. Take your clothes somewhere where they respect property and try notbro under value you.. Clothes missing! Zips is conveniently located and has an easy drop-off. However, I had an order come back with several clothes missing. It took them a week to find them. The manager had to review the camera footage, but they were nowhere to be found. I eventually got my clothes back, but I didn't receive a discount or anything. I Usually don't need to use dry cleaning services. But because of my new job, I needed a place to dry clean my button down shirts and ties. They didnt get the stains out of my jacket the first time, so I asked them to clean it again, which they do free of charge. When I got it back the second time, it looked like they scrubbed stains out and that damaged the fabric. It's an old jacket, so I am not too upset, but if this was something that I cared a lot about, it would have been disappointing. Overall the staff is friendly, I think the customers are the only real issue here. I completely understand that Covid has left many business short when it comes to staffing. With that being said, I dropped off around 8:30 a.m. 12/22/21, I asked the employee, " Will this be ready by 5 p.m. on 12/23/21?", she said "yes". I get there today, a full week later thinking that I gave enough time for the holidays and I'm told that my clothes are not ready. I immediately asked for my money to be refunded to my credit card or a store credit. I was told that "Your not getting your money back because your clothes are clean, we just don't know where they are". What!? Unacceptable! Now this is after Zips increased their prices and eliminated their in by 9 out by 5 service at this location. I try not to leave negative reviews but my experience at Zips was beyond awful. They completely ruined my custom dress for a wedding that was made for us in Korea.. This happened just a week before my wedding so you can see why I was infuriated and heart broken. The top that I wanted dry cleaned came back in tatters. If you check the cctv you can clearly see that when we dropped it off the color was a pink/peach and the sleeves were crisp and neat but when we received it, the color was totally faded, sleeves were crinkled beyond reason, and the material was left with tears in it. Even after speaking with management (which took 3 months to get a hold of) they agreed that they could have done a better job, but still zero compensation was given. This was by far the worst experience I've encountered and will definitely not be going back. read more

Awful experience!!!! Had a wedding on Saturday and gave my suit and shirt (along with 13 other items) on Tuesday as I was promised it would be ready the next day after 5:30pm. Went the next day and they only had 5 items ready, which happens so that's fine. Skipped Thursday and went the day after (Friday) - they gave me another 5 or so items but missing the shirt I needed for my wedding. Finally got a text a WHOLE WEEK LATER (the following Tuesday) that my stuff was finally ready. Never coming back!!! If this is your only option, give them a month to be safe. To be fair, the quality of the dry cleaning is solid which is why this isn't getting a 1 star, but the timelessness is awful. read more

I'll be the first to say I came in with a bad attitud, mad at things that had nothing to do with dry cleaning, and I had an energy im sure no one wanted to deal with. I asked someone a question and got a very passive response. I went to get my laundry, and luckily Laurie was who I worked with next. she took the time to walk me through which clothes they could take and which ones they couldn't take. She dismt need to do that, but she did. She was incredibly helpful and sweet, and she easily turned my whole day around. I'll gladly go back just to see Laurie. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I chose to use a local spot instead of the big business I work for. Worst idea ever. I gave them more than enough time to get my garmets cleaned. When I first returned for them he (Raul/Rolando whatever his name is) said the were at the south location if I wanted to pick them up. I said I'll come tmrw. Came back 3 days later for him to say they lost them. Asked for my money back and he said he would refund me when I come back. Came back again AND THE GARMETS WERE STILL NOT READY! No excuse for that one. 5 days later I finally get them back, supposedly pressed and cleaned, with a partial refund and him mumbling bs under his breathe to me. Absolutely awful experience! My partner brought in a suit last week to be altered. He also brought in an additional suit to see if the lady could fix the suit to fit him the way suit No.2 looked on him( pull up the cameras @zips). The lady did not pay attention to the second suit nor what he was asking for, and didn't properly measure him. When we received news that the suit was ready, my partner noticed she didn't do what he asked her to do, we paid $140 for tapering on both pants and coat and this lady only made it shorter she didn't properly taper it. So we called, they told us that we can come in because they wouldn't be able to do anything without seeing how it looked first. We came in again with both suits, trying to explain to her how we wanted the suit to look and asked if she could take his measurements so that the suit would fit him nicely, the lady (Nicole) kept saying" it's not necessary to take measurements" and we were there for about an hour trying to find a way for both parties to be understood. Truth is the woman didn't want to change her work, so we asked for a refund since she wasn't understanding how we wanted the suit to look. After this the girl in the front told us that she reached out to the manager and would ask for the refund for us, manager tells my partner to come in the next day, he goes,manager isn't there. The manager calls him and tells him to come in the next day,He calls the next day and the manager isn't there either and she just said that the refund wouldn't be processed because there was work already done. We tried to explain it's not that she Im didn't do any work on the suit, it was that she did a bad job on it. Absolute waste of our time and money. read more

This store is completely unprofessional. I arrived at the store at 6:54pm, tried to go in and the door was locked. I saw someone at the register and thought they were assisting a customer and would open for me once it was done. I checked again and it were two employees chatting. I knocked and asked her if she wasn't going to assist me, as it was 6:56 pm and she told me the store was closed, that her watch showed past 7pm. I came as soon as I got off work, rushed through traffic so I could make on time. Previously, the only kind employee at this store, said that there was no problem in arriving 5 minutes before closing because they stay inside getting things done on the store. This store needs to be re-evaluated, as the employees follow different procedures and some are very lazy. Never coming back again. To me, 0 stars if possible. read more

Not going back. I was thrilled at first bc of their prices. I go to Rick's cleaners usually. Rick's prices went up over the last few years from something like 2 to 3 dollars, and so this place Zip is now the cheapest I could find. I'd rather pay the extra dollar per item than get what I did. I got all dry cleaning, and none of my clothes came back neat and pressed like i'm used to from the other cleaner. This place, one of straps on a dress was twisted. I'll have to iron it out. One of the shirts was mis-buttoned so it was pressed in odd spots, i'll have to iron it out. My dresses 100% all have wrinkles in them. Its so odd. It's across the board, everything is like "meh" done. There's lint all over a black dress. I'll have to roll it off. I may gave to get these redone and spend more money than I thought I was saving bc not everything can be ironed. Another trip to my regular place. Someone in another review mentioned safety pins... I had this thought about my stuff too. The pin was right through a delicate dress, but at least it was a dark dress and so it wont be noticable. This place is like the walmart of cleaners. Went there and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had suits and shirts to be washed and dry cleaned. They asked as to how I wanted the shirts starched and that that it will be ready by the next day after five or sooner. Amazed! I received a text that the dry cleaning is ready.
