I dropped off a jacket to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, I saw that one button was completely missing the top silver piece. No one said a word. If I hadn't noticed in the store, I would've walked out with a damaged garment completely unaware.

Horrible customer service at Dripping Springs location. Lacks professionalism, integrity, willingness to work, lack of pride.

Just paid $98 for three dresses to be dry cleaned. Ridiculous pricing. They are cleaned well, which I would expect for that price.

Definitely worth a look if you want a pick up laundry service.

No communication, waiting, and by 830vi was calling them to find out where my laundry had disappeared to. They came at 9 and just dropped it off did t apologize. I signed up for two pickups. 66.00. Plus the overage and the 25+ tip came to 90 bucks I told them I didn't trust them with my laundry and wanted a refund for the second pickup Nope. It's ok for them to just pocket that extra cash. The perks of doing business and nothing i can do but caution you. Their pricing has changed they now charge you for sorting and separate loads even tho we separate the clothes $$$. Their help has changed they used to have the same delightful girl I tip 25+ to. Sadly, the new employee was not trustworthy, and did not make a good appearance. Don't even get me started about worrying about how filthy the place they washed my clothes was. So I'm looking for a decent service who can do my laundry without making me think I'm. Ring stolen from...and the refusal to refund my money they won't earn but certAinly will spend Use someone else.

I would not recommend Press Cleaners and feel strongly that their business model is misleading…read more Summary: Press Cleaners charges a premium for a service they do not actually provide, offers poor customer support, and returned my wedding dress completely uncleaned after missed deliveries and multiple communication failures. I scheduled dry cleaning for my wedding dress and clearly indicated that it was a wedding dress, included care instructions, and noted specific areas with stains that needed attention. From the start, communication was a problem. I attempted to contact customer service to update pickup instructions and received no response. I reached out again with questions about delivery timing once the cleaning was complete, and again received no response. My delivery was delayed by a full day, and the original delivery time window I selected was not honored for the new day. Since no one would be home during the updated window, I contacted customer service yet again and still received no reply. Eventually, a customer service agent called me to say they were unable to remove the stains and would issue a partial store credit. During that call, I asked about the updated delivery time and was told they did not know. At that point, the new delivery window had already passed and my dress still had not arrived. The agent was not even aware that my order had not been delivered and could not tell me where my dress was. When I asked what methods were used to clean the dress or what attempts had been made to remove the stains, the agent had no information at all. It became clear that Press completely outsources everything. The dry cleaning, pickup, and delivery are all handled by local cleaners. Press is simply an app and a customer service layer, and even that is poorly managed since they have no visibility into the status, location, or care of your items. When my dress was finally delivered, it came with the bag and receipt from the local dry cleaner. That receipt showed a price that was roughly one quarter of what I paid Press. The local cleaner's receipt also included pickup and delivery, which made it very unclear what I was actually paying Press for. Press was unable to assist me at any point in the process. The dress arrived in the exact same condition it was picked up in. The stains were still there, with no improvement at all. I honestly believe no one attempted to clean it. Afterward, we used baby wipes at home and were able to remove the stains on the first attempt, which made this even more frustrating. Customer service was a poor experience as well. The agent was rude, frequently interrupted me, and was argumentative rather than helpful. I only received a refund after stating that I would dispute the charge. In short, you are paying about four times the price for a service that provides no added value. The cleaning, pickup, and delivery are all handled by another company, and Press offers no meaningful oversight, accountability, or support. I would absolutely not use this business again.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received…read more I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that people should know... I brought several garments to Press Cleaners in Austin specifically for dry cleaning. Instead, they were washed and folded, which is not what I requested and not appropriate for these items. As a result, three garments were ruined. When I raised the issue, I got a completely inconsistent and frustrating response: First, they said their policy was to re-dry clean everything. When they did reschedule to pick my clothing up, they were 3 hours behind schedule and I had to re-alert them of this. Then they called back and said they would wash and fold again except for 4 of the garments (which makes no sense given the problem). Then they accused me of having worn the garments--I had not worn any of them. After that, they claimed the items had been dry cleaned by another vendor--which is simply untrue, as they had clearly not been properly treated at all. At every step, the responsibility was deflected back onto me instead of being acknowledged. In the end, they refused to refund me and are returning my clothes still ruined and not dry cleaned nor fixed. This wasn't just a mistake, it was poor service compounded by misinformation and blame-shifting. Do not ever work with them if you value your clothing and basic customer service.

Last load is at 8:30 PM every day. They've got single, double, triple, four, six, and ten load washers. The ten load machines are the best value, but there are only two of them, so plan for that. They also have two big dryers, but every dryer comes with a fee schedule that feels like an elementary school word problem. One dollar gets you four minutes to start, then twenty five cents for each additional two minutes. If you want about thirty minutes, you're looking at roughly $4.25. The smaller dryers $.25 for every 2 minutes, so $3.75 for thirty minutes. Getting them started can be a little finicky. (Ask for assistance) Now for the good news. The staff is genuinely kind, and the whole place is spotless. That alone makes the chore a lot less painful. The bathrooms are clean, no code required, and clearly taken care of. I'm pretty sure they offer wash and fold since the employees were constantly folding, wiping machines, or sweeping. The machines that are working run well, and the ones that are down are clearly marked. There's plenty of seating and rolling baskets to help you haul everything around. The only real drawback is the parking. The shopping center is small and the parking lot is even smaller. If you have mobility challenges, small kids, or a ton of laundry, getting a spot might be a pain. They do have WiFi, which is great because cell service in the building is weak. I can see this place turning into a zoo during peak hours, so timing matters. Overall, if I need a laundromat again, I'll be back.

They've got rows with different sizes of washer and the price varies based on size, the lowest being around 4.25 for 25min cycle. You can get quarters from a machine at the front that takes 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s. *Fair warning, it did eat a 5 of mine at one point and there wasn't really anything I could do. You can also purchase dollar tokens with a credit card, but keep in mind that many of the machines are not full dollar amounts. There was a drink vending machine and a snack one, the snack one also had some mini detergent bottles and clear plastic laundry bags. I didn't try the ATM but there was one. The soda machine offered tap but tap pay was not working so I had to use dollar bills. The dryers were honestly the best part, they're huge and 25 cents gets you 5 minutes, and I found I could dry what I needed within 20 minutes. Seems like alot of places out here have the option to pay with your debit card or through an app which I loved but this is the second laundry (previous was a different business) I've visited where this was an option and once again there was a sign that said the option to pay with card wasn't available. But this location at least had a ATM so I got some money and just said screw it because I needed to do my laundry and didn't feel like driving and driving around. Put in $20 in the change machine because the ATM had a minimum of $20. I used the $7 washer and realized after putting in the quarters I had about $3 left. Now I'm not good at math but to have $3 left after only using $7 in change. Yeahhh I was missing my money so I put a complaint via email and the Texas area manager got back to me asking me to reply back with a date and time of when to meet one of the managers at the laundry so I can get reimbursed. I told them 8am the following day. So I showed up with laundry because I ok I'll just use the reimbursement to do some more laundry. Got there and walked inside, there was only one person doing laundry and no one else. Waited in my car in front of the store and. Emailed the manager of who suppose to meet but that I was still waiting there at 8:19.. waited till 9am and never got a response back. No one else was in the laundry. They basically wasted my time and the machine stole my money. Horrible first experience
