I've been using this place for my dry cleaning for a few years. They have never once been late with the pickup time, the work is always well done, and the prices are very affordable. I've even taken them some difficult stains that they managed to remove. I've had a few alterations done through them as well which were priced well and only took a few short days turnaround. A stop on my way to work in the morning to drop off is also a good excuse to pop in to Amigos BBQ real quick for a couple of breakfast tacos! read more

This place is reasonably priced but I guess I'll have to find a place that is a bit more expensive because it seems a though you get what you pay for. The service at first seemed okay until my second trip here. I took my new Custom tailored suit to this cleaners due to the other yelp user reviews saying they do good work.. When I got my suit back there was a part of the stitching that had ripped! As a paying customer I expected a simple APOLOGY at the least and a repair free of charge or discounted at the best. I received neither. Not only did the manager tell me that Custom suits aren't made well and that I should buy my suits from a store and get them tailored (excuse me but I don't need fashion advice from you!) But he also stated that they can't help when things break, rip, or tear that they just clean the item...as if it wasn't their job to provide professional cleaning with all care involved for the customers possessions. It was quite evident that the manager nor the employees knew what customer service means. Instead of biting the bullet once and having a returning customer they decided to be rude and have a cheap mentality that had now lost a customer and got them a negative review in return. read more

After a terrible experience with my previously terrific dry cleaner, I found Fine Dry Cleaners. Considering that most cleaners seem to run a single star on Yelp, the one 5-star review was enough to give it a try. The service was very friendly, and I like that they clean on-site, but the work wasn't great, so I'm continuing my search after a couple tries. All my shirts, both times, had an odd rectangular shape pressed in right about the beltline. This would be fine tucked in, put sometimes I wear my shirts untucked. Also, they only pressed the cuffs from the outside, so if you roll your cuffs up you have wrinkles pressed in. I did mention it the first time, but it made no difference. My other cleaners have pressed both sides. All-in-all, no awful experience to report, but nothing exceptional either. read more

It seems about impossible to find a half way decent dry cleaners in Pflugerville. The lady that answered the phone when I called to check to see if my cleaning might be ready was down right rude. I called twice, the first time it just rang for minutes and hung up on me. The second time I called a lady answered and I said "Hi I wanted to check and see if my cleaning might be ready." She literally started laughing and said "I dont know!!!" I seriously thought I had the wrong number until she finally asked "Do you have your ticket number or something?" I was like yes.. Very VERY disappointed with this place!! I have taken my Bebe dress to different places and have never had this problem. Took it in looking beige came out with a pink skirt and beige top. I understand that their "disclaimer" mentions they are not responsible for discoloration, but like I said, I had NEVER had a problem w this same outfit at other locations... When I informed the lady in front she gave me this Attitude of "too bad"... And when I mentioned how disappointed I want being this suit was a $200 suit she proceeds with "that's what they all say" ... EXCUSE ME!??? So this means they have had similar issues with other customers! And all she can say is "too bad"!!! NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! And still had to pay full price!!!!! Super upset about my experience with this place. I walk in and hear how all my clothes are so "cute" by the front desk girl just for me to go back for pick up and notice im missing my "cute" shorts. I informed the front desk girls and one was like "oh yeah i saw them" runs to the back just to not return with my shorts. I was very reluctant about coming here and now im upset I didn't follow my first mind. I've called about my shorts twice and have been given bs excuses and some lady saying give her a "few" days she'll find them..... HOW??! read more

Fine Dry Cleaners is full service: Dry Cleaning, Laundry, various starch levels, fold and/or hang your laundry, even alterations. I've been using them for the past few months due to easy in and out. The counter guy is friendly and verifies my article count prior to printing receipt. Quick out with your receipt or quick look-up without receipt. Had both situations and counter guy doesn't make it a big deal. Little extra $ for big and tall apparel. All my shirts look sharp, crisp, and done by Fine Dry Cleaners. Recommended. Early drop off means breakfast taco at Amigo BBQ, this is a bonus. read more

Started going here because it was really close to my house and then we moved a little further north and I still come here because they do a great job and are reasonably priced. Today, I saw them raise their voice to a customer and bully them. It was an asian man and african-american. DON'T take your alterations to them. They really don't know what they're doing. They're arrogant, rude and their "quality" work is laughable. This isn't the first time I see this or hear about this happening at this place. They did it to me and my wife a couple of times ago. Take your cleaning and alterations down the street by Ghatti's pizza and Chucho's Tex Mex. They're at least competent and fair priced. read more
