I did find a pair of white Roxy's which I've worn for 2 summers. Been wanting to replace them. Found my size in the Roxy white sneakers. They were on sale and I also had $5.00 in DSW birthday money. They were $60 and I ended up paying $35 not a bad deal for cute white Summer sneakers. Store is very large, and clean and organized. They do have a lot of clearance shoes in the back. I was just going to order them online, but then I discovered that there's an option to buy the shoes online and then pick them up, which was convenient. Within 10 minutes of finalizing my order, I was notified via email that my shoes were ready to be picked up. Today, I went into the store to pick up my shoes and I was immediately greeted by a cheerful employee (I think her name was Jill). She grabbed the shoebox from behind the register and opened the box to verify the shoes were correct. I'm incredibly thankful that she did because she discovered that whoever packaged the shoes put a size 7 shoe and a size 8 shoe in the box and that would have been upsetting to discover upon arriving home. I am so glad that this store has someone like her that takes their job seriously and wants to keep their customers keep coming back. She has a good eye! It's good to know there are employees out there that still care about delivering great customer service!!!

It was neatly laid out and very clean. I spotted my size and headed to that rack. Found three pairs of comfortable work shoes and wanted to try them on. This is where they lose a star, I couldn't find a chair or seat. So standing up in the aisle, I maneuver my shoe off and try to slip the new one on. Three times I did this and had to change which foot because I had challenges getting the cardboard out of the toes of all the Right foot shoes. Decided to take one black pair that fit well and a beige pair. The pricing is pretty decent. The ladies at the register were very pleasant. The store manager, Tony, was very knowledgeable regarding the makeup of the shoes, and how it affected shock absorption by the joints and back. I was additionally impressed when he answered all of my questions regarding Skechers, and the various ones offered in their store. My husband also needed some insoles for added comfort and Tony assisted in choosing the right ones for the shoes he picked out. This kind of service should be the norm everywhere and not the exception. Because of our experience, I will be returning to this store for future shoe purchases.
