A fourth would be 50% off. So I wanted to get a second pair of Jean shorts, but it just happens I grabbed the last one of that size. Eventually, she processed the refund, but she unnecessarily called security, which felt intimidating and completely inappropriate. Throughout this experience, I did nothing wrong. The store provided expired products and then attempted to avoid resolving the issue, causing significant inconvenience as I had to pick up the order and return to the store. Instead of assisting customers, the staff created obstacles and even resorted to calling security, which is unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing, and based on the way I was treated, I am no longer comfortable visiting Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack.
