A flash back to the early 80s when Calvin Klein was a must have for every teen! They still make some pretty good shirts... the style I keyed in on was called liquid touch. These are the softest shirts I have ever owned!! Normally a $50 shirt but on sale for 40% off. Hard to beat that deal even with a stick. There were actually quite a few good sales in here (see pics) The place is s bit messy and merchandising is nonexistent, but it is an outlet store. Come for the price right? The selection of colors in the shirts I liked was pretty limited also. Navy, black, white, grey or some hideous stripes. Not my norm for colors, but the solids are good for work. In the end I got a few shirts... now like Brook Shields in the 80s... nothing will come between me and my Calvin's! read more

Giving this location a five-star simply because of the incomparable customer service I received today. I came in on a Friday afternoon with not much time on my hands and was browsing for a specific item. As I was browsing, an employee working at that time approached me and helped me in all measures, including explaining the fabrics included in all styles, the pricing, the specific fit in those differing styles, and his personal preference on those items. Bottom line is, he took his time to make sure I walked out of the store happy with my purchase and with exactly what I needed. After purchasing the items, I thanked him and asked for this name. How is this place in business? I just returned from the Round Rock Outlet location. I walked in and there was a man and woman working. The man said, "let me know if I can help you with anything." I approached the woman (since I was shopping for bras) and said, "I've lost some weight and I think my bra size has changed. She replied, "Well, our sizing method doesn't really work." To which I replied, "What do you mean?" She followed, "The sizing method...I've used it and it never ends up right." I said, "So...... should I shop elsewhere?" She said, "No...I think you should just browse and try stuff on." I walked out. The man said, "Have a nice day." I'm shopping at Nordstrom. I'll gladly pay more for good customer service. read more

I love Calvin Klein. The classy clean fits, the effortless style. The many times I see a $20 blouse at Forever 21 I hold out for buying a $20 blouse from Ck, and it's not very rare that I'll go to Ck and not see something here that catches my eye. The prices were a lot cheaper than this outlet normally is year-round, since it's a little bit after New Year's, so I was able to get a good quality cream blouse for $20 and some sleek, tailored work pants for $26. The thing that irked me the most about my visit today, that I was unable to get $5 off when I had texted the code to Ck's mobile network and gotten a $5 off promotional award text valid ONLY today. For whatever reason, the cashier didn't understand that I had JUST texted the code, thinking that it was a code from another time that I had visited (really?), thus denying me the $5 off, saying I could only use it one time. I understand.. but.. what? That's not what happened at all. The timestamp even says 3:26, but maybe you were blinded by the crack on my phone screen. What irked me even more today is that their receipts, which allow you to take a survey for a 10% off coupon, doesn't save cache's very easily on your browser, and pretty much, mine was gone in the blink of an eye. It warns on the receipt that you should only complete it when you have access to a printer, but little did I know that I'd work hard on really putting my honest opinions in this survey for a coupon incentive in order to have it flash away. Plus, simply the warning being printed on the receipt shows that other customers and possibly survey takers have had this problem in the past---their 10% coupons disappearing. Furthermore, when I called the customer service line to talk to someone about this (Yes, I was really bothered, the square self that I am), their lines were busy for a while and I hung up because of the long wait. Sigh. 2 Stars because I love their clothes and the waiting room assistant and staff were very nice--- but almost 1 star because the $5 off coupon and Ck Outlet's understanding of and being able to uphold a daily text promotion should be a gimme. There was a sign for it right next to the register--in all of it's exclamatory glory of you saving $5 today! IT'S $5, which might not be a lot to Ck Outlet, but it's a lot to me. Who says that thrifty and frugal working people and classy shoppers can't save an extra pinch at your shop? Plus, I felt robbed of my 10% off coupon after taking the survey, but that's an online thing. I still love your clothes, but this hurts, CK. I expected better today. read more

The pricing doesn't reflect an outlet, and the deals are comparable to a sale at Macy's, but the selection is much larger. I like the fashions here and the slim fit sizes fit me better than most other brands. The frequent shopper program is worthwhile if you plan to purchase a lot. read more

Went in to do a return a couple months back on "clean pullon seam blk tex" pant, instead did an exchange without trying the pants on due to time constraint. Got the same style but different texture/look. (I have the same pant in a different color/texture that fit perfect.) I took the last size 0 they had which had dust on them from being on the floor, but I was okay with it. Tried them on when I got home and they did not fit right due to the specific style/color/texture. I've had a very busy Spring and did not have time to return them within 30 days of purchase so they sat in my trunk untouched until I went in the store today and was told they weren't in acceptable condition to exchange (not return), by a manager that would not give me his name. The original dust was on the pants (from the outlet store floor), they were a bit wrinkled from being folded and sitting in my trunk inside the Calvin Klein bag with the receipt and all the tags intact. They're still selling this pant style - navy blue high waisted with black elastic on hips. I understand there is a 30 day return policy, but I wasn't trying to return, I was trying to exchange. Seeing that the pants had never been worn, they were in the same condition as when I purchased and all of the tags were in place I'm frustrated an exchange could not be made and $40+ went down the drain. Needless to say, I will no longer be giving money to this store. read more

I purchased 4 items about 2 months ago, a pair of sweat pants, 2 t-shirts, and 1 sweat shirt. The first time I wore the sweat pants, the seam was out, I cut the legs off and just use them to hang around the house. Okay, the 2nd time I wear one of the t-shirts, it is stretched out like crazy, big, baggy, lost its shape....I call the outlet and ask if I can bring the shirt back it is defective. They say no, they cannot take any merchandise back that has been worn. Ok, I understand if I just didn't like it and wanted to bring it back, but it is obviously defective and I think you should stand behind your merchandise. Today, I get the sweat shirt out and guess what.....the seam is out. I haven't worn the other t-shirt, but I am sure it will fall apart as soon as it gets a second wash also. Your staff there was nice and I am sure they feel horrible having to tell customers there is nothing they can do. The policy is, we don't care if the products you purchased fall apart while you are wearing them, it is not our problem. read more

I feel like people give this location a bad rep because they won't take back clothing once you've worn it - I read a couple of these reviews and it's crazy to me that people had issues with the wear and tear of the clothing. I have been wearing CK for a very long time now and have never had any issues. It's all about how you take care of your clothes ya know. I really like the vibe when I go to the round rock CK because the people are helpful without being too in your face and the clothes are super nice. I've witnessed customers get upset when they get a return refused but I wouldn't take back a pair of pants you washed and decided don't fit you right anymore or a shirt you wore that smells of cologne that you claim you never wore. It's a retail store not a thrift store. Regardless, if you've read this far... this Calvin Klein store is a solid option in the round rock area for shopping. Don't be fooled by the hate or rating because I guarantee if everyone gave reviews they'd have a better rating! read more

I almost never shop here because the store feels industrial and cold. Went in there today because hubby needed a suit and he did find one that he liked. At checkout, I asked the cashier Carla if there were any current coupons or promotions she knew of. She said I would only get coupons emailed to me if I was a rewards member which I was not. It was 15 minutes to closing time, and we started checking out, I remembered I was a VIP club member at Round Rock Premium outlets and they had a coupon book I could use. So I told her I was going to go to the guest desk, which was right across from the store, and get a coupon book since I did not have mine in my purse. I was back within 5 minutes with the coupon book which had a $15 off $150 coupon. Carla refused to honor the coupon saying I had checked out and she would not apply the coupon. I tried to reason with her that I had checked out literally 5 minutes ago and told her that I was going to grab my coupon book from the guest desk. She let me leave to go get the coupons without saying a word and decided to change her mind about the coupon 5 minutes later. Turns out their staff is cold and robotic too and would not hesitate to aggravate a customer and not have then come back ever to the store, instead of helping out and gaining good will and repeat business.
