Let's see I drop off my dry cleaning and it is returned promptly sometimes even on the same day. Never an issue with the care of our garments or the quality of their services. So why go to this JBC and not the JBC that is closer to mi casa? The high level of Customer Service at this locale is the differentiator. The manager, Ms. Emily is the reason we patronize this locale. Ms. Emily always brings her A-game. You are always greeted with a smile and most importantly she is a very competent manager. I took my shoes there to be resoled. Waited 2 weeks and received a text that they were finished and ready to be picked up. Just stopped by to pick them up, paid $32, and turns out they are the exact same soles. They were not replaced. Huh? read more

We were in a bind after another cleaner took our daughter's prom dress for cleaning, but then told us they could not domit when we went to pick it up. Jack Brown did a rush cleaning and they did a great job. The employee was very helpful and the dress was ready when she said it would be. Will def use them in the future. read more

5 two piece suits cost $70 to dry clean. I tried to present an online coupon upon pickup but I was told that it had to be presented at drop off. It would have saved me approximately $20. The print on the coupon was so small that I missed it. They still would not honor it. I know...rules are rules... but still. $20 is the difference between keeping and losing a customer. In this case they lost one. Not to mention they turned green the formerly blue silk striped collar and and cuffs on two of my Paul Frederick shirts. In this case they gave me a credit but I would still prefer to have shirts that were not damaged. I just unwrapped 2 of my suits from the plastic. The absolute WORST job I've ever seen. Whoever presses the suits takes absolutely ZERO pride in their work. Both of the collars had smudges on them. One of my lapels was mangled...see pic. I cannot believe they charged $66.80 to hem 4 pair of pants approximately 4 inches each. To launder the same 4 pair of pants was $31.80. I would never recommend this chain to anyone and will find another cleaners for all my needs. read more

Honestly they don't even deserve one star. Hailey Breeding the manager and only worker it seems like should be fired. Worst customer service ever. My children's clothes look HORRENDOUS! I'll post the pictures. Oh and what's worse you can tell the clothes were not washed. Funny how my husbands cologne still comes off of their clothes from when he was holding our babies. Funny how the fuzzier from my sons sweater are still on his pants and the crappy ironing lines that I did are still very much there. Lost a customer and I hope the places looses so much business I see a for sale sign up. Ripped the F@ck off at Jack Brown Cleaners 801 North Bell Cedar Park. Dropped off 4 Khacki welding shirts for launder and heavy starch. Picked up 4 shirts dry cleaned no starch for$33 dollars. Was told 'cant get heavy starch with pearl buttons ,so they dry cleaned them with no starch. was told you can get light starch but not heavy stash because they'll melt the pearl snaps?????. these are welding shirts and the whole purpose of taking them to the cleaners is to have them starched. Don't understand why light starch won't damage buttons but heavy starch will????? Don't understand why they opted to dry clean at $6.69 per shirt as opposed to launder at 2.69 per shirt. Never mind , Ill starch my own goddamned shirts. Ive been getting welding shirts laundered and starched for thirty years from coast to coast and never heard such bullshit. Two issues with this particular Jack Brown Cleaners. First one is a manager/owner issue. The drive thru concept of this particular store (which used to be an old gas station) is not easily understood or marked well at all. You would be doing your customers a HUGE benefit by painting lines and arrows on the ground showing exactly where you want your customers to drive in and out of this store. Second, this is more for the workers. Greater attention to detail. I picked up my dry cleaning (or so I thought it was mine), the attendant placed it my back seat hanging rack and I paid my bill. I get home (15 minutes away) only to discover 3 of the shirts aren't mine and three of my shirts are missing. I called and they still had my shirts. I had to drive back to give back the 3 shirts that weren't mine and pick up the 3 they failed to give me. Other than a sorry I received nothing for my troubles. Which is disappointing. As to actually doing dry cleaning I have no issue with this store. They do good work at a reasonable price. But please fix the two issues mentioned above! read more

I am way beyond pissed!!! I took my brand new Marco Ecko shirts never worn in for a simple dry cleaning service, and when they returned they were all unacceptable. All of them were still full of wrinkles, and one shirt I received back had three buttons are either damaged or Gone! read more

The Bell Blvd Store #14 in Cedar Park needs work. Dropped off clothes and at the end of the day they were still not in Cedar Park. The excuse from the Manager was "short staff at the plant". Well I'm a customer, staffing the plant is not my problem. The evening guy said because the clothes were not back on time I would not have to pay for the clothes that I was not able to pick up. He said they were going to write them off. Poor Customer service. Honor your word JB. BLUF, I did not get my needed clothes back on time as promised. JB did not keep their word. So I guess someone is late to work today. We pulled up at 6:35am and no one was there, doors were locked, despite their sign saying they're open at 6:30am. If you're open at 6:30am then that means you are there ready for business at the stated time. So unprofessional. We won't be using them for any dry cleaning services if they can't even get to work on time. I'd give 'em 0 stars if that was an option. read more

Not even one star. Company ignores customers only after taking them to court do they respond. Tool silk pants to be cleaned instead they were put through a wash. How incompetent.
