House needed a heavy duty cleaning after flooring in the whole house was redone and dust and dirt was everywhere. Reached out for quotes through Yelp and got @6. This was Friday late afternoon for a Tuesday cleaning. This was not the most competitive quote but given the scope we thought it would likely be done correctly based on the quote we were given. The staff was great to deal with in person and on the phone. The workers showed up and provided their own supplies and equipment. All surfaces needed to be wiped down, including blinds, fixtures, baseboards and floors vacuumed and washed. Also requested inside windows and bathrooms cleaned. Wow! Great job!!! We are very happy with this cleaning service. They clean for us every other week, she same day and time each week. They are on time, pleasant and do a very good job. They are a little pricey, but it is important to have reliable, consistent cleaning. My husband loves the ladies...they are so pleasant with him, and he is 95!! read more

This is the worst place I can imagine. *. *. * This note was added after reading al of Kyle F. I am a former White House lawyer and federal prosecutor. The substitute clenaers came 5 hours later, said nothing and completed their work. The cleaners did not feel "safe?" These were lazy cleaners who did not want to do real work. There was zero problem with the others. He needs to fire those cleaners if they lie to him. If he wants to come visit my home, I can show him my two appointment certificates signed by an attorney general and one signed by a President. This man is covering for a bad review. They should have at least cleaned for some time, and now that is why he makes up the story about not feeling safe. He should be embarrassed. NEVER hire this firm. NEVER. Irresponsible and now dishonest. *. *. * I scheduled a clean for this morning. The two women said that there was too much on the floor. What is the point of the cleaning? Only 400 sq ft. I cleaned for two years in high school. My conclusio, having had many hard working cleaners before, is that these cleaners are just lazy. The last cleaners I had were in Tucson. The two (Mexican) women left the place immaculate. No complaint, just hard work. These reviews giving them five stars have to be fake. It is laughable. I am thinking of suing because they left me in a bind. They then lied about telling me at scheduling they didn't do picking up things, playing some bizarre word game with a lawyer. horrid and horrible. Highly unprofessional. * *. * kyle F is completing distorting. Which means he also lies. I could go into detail if you wish to contact me, that this is simply a lie, which any judge will understand. Since I was offered 130, and the new cleaner because of short notice, will cost 360, I am suing them in small claims court. I hired this agency to do some residential cleaning for me, even though I felt like they were a bit pricey. They have cleaned only once for me so far, but they did everything I asked them to do. I wanted these people to do my make ready for my move but they just had no last minute slots. While I don't know how good they clean, Kyle, I think, who I spoke with on the phone, was super courteous and was trying to be flexible. This is a good sign and I think they would do great cleaning too. I will use them next time I need cleaning in the Georgetown/Round Rock area. read more

I was looking for a monthly cleaning service. Georgetown cleaning was the 2nd company I've used. They did a great job, cleaning the major areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. They were very responsive when I had questions. Georgetown Cleaning worked with our schedule and were able to accommodate us on a Friday afternoon.
