One word that describes the whole experience with Windows N More: effortless. I was in a bind. I needed to get the windows cleaned so I could put my house on the market. When I checked Yelp, all the best recommendations went to Gwyndows, so I called them. Robin told me they were booked up for over a month, but she suggested I call Todd at Windows N More. Fortunately, Todd had one slot left that same week. He came out in the morning, spent about two hours going over almost 40 windows inside and out. He cleaned the windows, the sills, and the screens. He took down the screens and stacked them up for me in the garage (for showing the house to buyers) and even marked them individually to make sure the new owners could put them back up in the right spots. After he finished, Todd mentioned a few spots where the seal had leaked on some of my double-paned windows and suggested a glazier to fix them. The windows look great and the experience was so easy. I made the mistake of hiring this company because we used them before and thought I was going to be charged around the same as before, maybe a little more. Well, they came and cleaned just the outside windows of my 3 story house and sent me a bill for a ridiculous amount of $764 which I paid. A few weeks later, another company that we had used in the past called soliciting work offered to charge under $500 for doing all the windows inside AND out! We used Windows N More this summer when we were trying to sell our house. We needed to get it on the market quickly and Todd was able to get right out for the job. They were great!!!!!...above and beyond your basic window cleaning!!!!! They were very professional and focused on getting good results. The windows looked great when they were done. They asked me to inspect them and make sure I was happy, so I opened a window just to check the tracks. There were still a few bugs and dust. They were quick to get those tracks done and then checked all of the windows. They also said they appreciated knowing so they could address it then and there. This really means a lot to me. This is the kind of company I want to work with...professional and focused on good results and a satisfied customer. On top of that, we realized after they were finished that we had forgotten about the skylights. They immediately climbed up on the roof and took care of them. Lastly they had a long-arm duster that they used on the skylights as well. Then they saw some cobwebs in the corner of the room and on the vaulted ceiling and reached up to get them. They also did the master bedroom vaulted ceiling and quickly checked the other rooms as well. Over and above in my opinion! Thank you so much, Todd! I'm just surprised there aren't more reviews out here for the great work you do. I was reminded to get my review out there when I realized I need the windows in my new home cleaned. These guys are just awesome. I had dirt, spider webs, and all kinds of yuck on the windows of my home...and some of those suckers were really high! I think the team was there for five hours and the difference in my home was amazing...so much more light coming through! I have recently been burned by a home service provider (as in, living in a hotel for a week while a Hazmat team cleans up the mess and the provider's insurance pays), and I will say without a doubt that I will call Windows N More again. You can trust Todd...he is totally honest and you just have a really good feeling about them. read more

I called Todd on 12/21 to ask if there was any way he could clean my windows before Christmas. He reworked his schedule to fit me in on the morning of the 23rd, and he did a fantastic job! He treated my home with such care, and his work on the windows was simply magic. I'm a renter and both the landlord and tenets before me had treated the windows with such neglect that dirt was literally caked onto the highest, hardest-to-reach windows, but he was able to get to them anyway and now everything is spotless. He was even able to overcome some very crude jerry-rigging that the landlord had done to attach one of the outdoor screens to one of the sliding doors so that he could remove it, clean it, and reattach. Truly, in all aspects Todd did a remarkable, high-quality, professional job, and his rate was reasonable. I feel like I got a good deal, and I will definitely call him again when the time comes. Todd and his assistant did a great job! They pressured wash the stone on my home, as well as the very large driveway, sidewalks and front porch.
