I used Steven about 6 times (possibly more) for different moves and handy man work. I also got him connected with so many other jobs based off of referrals I had given other people. To be honest almost all of them were fine... nothing went wrong and clearly we built a relationship if I used him so many times. The very unfortunate thing about this whole thing is on my last move (beginning of August 2023) he broke my big green egg and damaged my Peloton bike in transit. I didn't even freak out because he started off right... apologizing and saying he was going to take care of it. He hadn't broken anything else before so I tried to be nice and let him know we will figure it out end it'll be ok because I thought I could trust him. I didn't question him about it much until months and months went by without a single dollar or action and to be honest I was very lenient and understanding because like I said I've used him many jobs and I thought I could trust him. He told me his insurance was taking for ever, but he promised he would handle it. At the very end of October he let me know his insurance denied covering the claim, but he knew needed to pay me for my things that were damaged. He didn't pay me right away and once again I was as patient as I could be because of the relationship we built. On November 13th, over 3 months since the items were broken, he made his first payment. He made another payment November 16th. That was the last I've heard from him and he still owes me over $400. I have called and left voicemails, sent multiple texts over 2 weeks and still not a word from him. I work very hard for the things that I have and I paid him on time for all the jobs he had done. It's very unfortunate, disappointing and disrespectful to be treated this way not only after all the money and business I've sent his way, but to not to do the right thing whenever something goes wrong is not how things should be handled. I would've never expected him to treat me or anyone else like this especially with all the different interactions we've had, but it just goes to show you so many people rather not do the right thing no matter what you've done for them or how you've supported their business. I can no longer back Steven or his company up. I will no longer recommend them to anyone. I am also including pictures of the damage, pictures of what it costs to replace my items as screen shots of payments so you all know this is an honest review. Steven, if you choose to do the right thing and send me the rest of my money I will take this review down. read more

In what could've easily been the most stressful moving experience I could have had (especially during a worldwide pandemic), these meticulous, hardworking men made sure my things were disassembled and assembled with ease. From start to finish, Steven was communicative, a quick problem-solver with tough furniture pieces, and I was so impressed with how fast they were able to get my entire space from Pflugerville moved into Far West (central Austin). Both houses were two stories, but that wasn't an issue at all. It's as if I didn't even move!!! My master bedroom looks exactly like how it did in the first house. They were freaking life savers. We needed to move our things out of our recently sold home into storage until our new home is ready for us. We thought we could do it all on our own (we had already done a very large load), but realized pretty late we'd like some extra hands for the bigger items.
