I spent quite a bit of time getting multiple quotes and comparing options, and Rain Tech stood out for offering very fair, transparent pricing without cutting corners. They were happy to answer all of my questions around materials and installation (aluminum gauge, hanger spacing, slope, etc.), which gave me confidence in the quality of their work. The install itself turned out excellent. The gutters are clean, straight, and look great on the house. Downspouts were placed thoughtfully to handle drainage properly, and everything was routed neatly along the exterior. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. What I appreciated most was that they delivered a high-quality result without the inflated pricing you see from some larger companies. You can tell they focus on doing the job right rather than overselling unnecessary upgrades. Overall, this was a great value and a smooth experience. Keith Caballero (VP) responded twice with notably unprofessional emails. He was dismissive of my questions, mocked them as "AI-generated," and suggested my standards were "unrealistic." In the second email, he stated they would not negotiate price or timeline, called me a poor fit, and canceled my proposal in their system -- all without any constructive dialogue. I have no doubt their crew may do solid installation work. But the sales/customer experience is the first impression of how a company will handle problems. If asking questions before signing a contract leads to this kind of response, I'm not confident they'd handle a warranty issue or installation concern any better. I chose to work with a different company. Recommend doing the same if you value being treated like a customer. ============July 2026 - updated after the owner responded====== The business owner is either naivly misinformed or wants to hide facts. They are wrong and I have attached all proof for readers to judge for themselves I left this review hoping the owner would reach out, understand what happened, and use it as constructive feedback. Instead, the response doubled down without verifying the facts. Daniel, with respect -- you were either misguided or too quick to take your team's side without doing your homework. Either way, dismissing a customer's experience without investigation is not customer-first service, and that is a miss. To be fair -- response times were prompt. I just wish the responses had also been courteous and professional. Here is what actually happened: 1. I asked to reduce the scope of work to reduce the price. That is not asking for a discount. Those are two different things. Owner claimes I asked for discount. 2. I asked basic questions any homeowner should ask -- can I see your COI, and will you respond within 15 days if something goes wrong after installation. 3. Instead of answers, the first response mocked me for doing research. The second canceled the proposal for "asking too much." 4. One of my asks was simply: if someone gets injured on my roof during installation, I should not be held liable. That is not unreasonable. That is common sense. Screenshots are attached. I have nothing to hide. I genuinely hope other customers have a smoother experience -- but mine fell short, and I think that is worth knowing before you sign.

He quoted us a gutter system and fascia repairs based on information from the roofer that turned out to be less than accurate, but when he had to change the gutter work he did not pass those likely considerable costs on to us. He worked with us to find a solution when the original plan was not going to work due to the roofer's miscommunication. He is not a 'sales guy' who shows up to quote the job and then we don't hear from him again until it's time to pay the bill, he's involved and interested in the project and we spoke several times in person, on the phone, and by text during the process. Before the roof went on, his crew came out and did a quick and tidy job of removing the old gutters from the house, and then the carpentry team showed up a day later to do repairs to the fascia in two areas; the work was seamless and perfect, you can't even tell where the repair begins and ends, it looks fantastic. Paint and wood was matched meticulously. Jesus and his crew were great at communicating when they planned to arrive and what they would be doing. The gutters were finished today and they look fantastic; they even piped the runoff from one side into a rainwater collection container that my uncle had given us a year ago, so now it will finally be used! The workers were respectful of our property and cleaned up the entire work site when they were done. Everything looks fantastic. We could not be happier. I won't recommend the roofer or even name them (the workers were amazing, the boss not so much), but I'm happy to spread the word far and wide that Xellent Gutter Solutions is a great company with integrity.

I originally narrowed down gutter businesses by their customer reviews. Xellent Gutter Solutions had 5-star reviews on both Google and Yelp. I would soon learn why. We had old gutters on our home that needed to be replaced. Xellent Gutters promptly came out and provided a very reasonable estimate for the same size 5-inch gutters we had on our house. After considering my options further, I decided that, given the size of our house, I wanted to get a new bid for 6-inch gutters with the Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guards. I promptly received the new bid, which was also very reasonable and better than other businesses with 5 star reviews. I had several questions along the way and always received quick and informative answers. It was clear they cared about fully answering my questions. I always felt like I was a valued customer versus a nuisance for asking questions. They volunteered to come out again to my house with a sample of the 6-inch gutters in my color selection so we could make sure we were happy with that size and color. The owner, Jesus, personally came out to our house, got on the ladder to hold the sample to our house so we could make sure it was what we wanted. Jesus was wonderful. Helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I signed the contract on a Friday, and they were at our house for installation on the following Monday. They arrived right in the expected time window and sent a text message to announce their arrival in 45 minutes. The text let me know that there would be 4 workers on my installation team: Carlos, Nelson, Emerson, and Jesus. It was an extremely hot day, but they worked efficiently and quickly to install approximately 350 feet of gutters, downspouts, and splash guards. The work was completed in less than 6 hours from their arrival time. The new gutters and downspouts looked great. My yard was left completely clean with no sign that dirty old gutters had been recently removed. The owner, Jesus, and Marlene were standouts in customer service, and the installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and hard-working. So, if you like receiving 5-star service AND product, at a great price, Xellent Gutter Solutions is an outstanding choice.

If they did not want the job they should have said so. If there was another issue they couldn't handle, they should have said so. But nothing. Total waste of my time.
