He quoted us a gutter system and fascia repairs based on information from the roofer that turned out to be less than accurate, but when he had to change the gutter work he did not pass those likely considerable costs on to us. He worked with us to find a solution when the original plan was not going to work due to the roofer's miscommunication. He is not a 'sales guy' who shows up to quote the job and then we don't hear from him again until it's time to pay the bill, he's involved and interested in the project and we spoke several times in person, on the phone, and by text during the process. Before the roof went on, his crew came out and did a quick and tidy job of removing the old gutters from the house, and then the carpentry team showed up a day later to do repairs to the fascia in two areas; the work was seamless and perfect, you can't even tell where the repair begins and ends, it looks fantastic. Paint and wood was matched meticulously. Jesus and his crew were great at communicating when they planned to arrive and what they would be doing. The gutters were finished today and they look fantastic; they even piped the runoff from one side into a rainwater collection container that my uncle had given us a year ago, so now it will finally be used! The workers were respectful of our property and cleaned up the entire work site when they were done. Everything looks fantastic. We could not be happier. I originally narrowed down gutter businesses by their customer reviews. Xellent Gutter Solutions had 5-star reviews on both Google and Yelp. I would soon learn why. We had old gutters on our home that needed to be replaced. Xellent Gutters promptly came out and provided a very reasonable estimate for the same size 5-inch gutters we had on our house. After considering my options further, I decided that, given the size of our house, I wanted to get a new bid for 6-inch gutters with the Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guards. I promptly received the new bid, which was also very reasonable and better than other businesses with 5 star reviews. I had several questions along the way and always received quick and informative answers. It was clear they cared about fully answering my questions. I always felt like I was a valued customer versus a nuisance for asking questions. They volunteered to come out again to my house with a sample of the 6-inch gutters in my color selection so we could make sure we were happy with that size and color. The owner, Jesus, personally came out to our house, got on the ladder to hold the sample to our house so we could make sure it was what we wanted. Jesus was wonderful. Helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I signed the contract on a Friday, and they were at our house for installation on the following Monday. They arrived right in the expected time window and sent a text message to announce their arrival in 45 minutes. The text let me know that there would be 4 workers on my installation team: Carlos, Nelson, Emerson, and Jesus. It was an extremely hot day, but they worked efficiently and quickly to install approximately 350 feet of gutters, downspouts, and splash guards. The work was completed in less than 6 hours from their arrival time. The new gutters and downspouts looked great. My yard was left completely clean with no sign that dirty old gutters had been recently removed. Austin Affordable Gutters has the best warranty (10 years on labor/install, 50 on the product) I encountered and they are a family company that's focused on quality. They do great work and they do it right the first time. In their estimate, they also pointed out a few things others had not which they would cover to make sure it was installed right the first time (we were missing some necessary flashing). Originally I met with 4 gutter companies and it was helpful to have the comparison. One was half the price but they used random contractors, had 1/2 the warranty, and while they showed me cool samples, it didn't feel quality. One was more expensive and had computerized images to show the install image. The third was not remarkable but none had the same warranty, pride in their work, commitment to quality, and family focus in their work that Austin Affordable Gutters does. The final product really looks great and they worked through a couple of issues I had not thought of due to construction design changes with thoughtful communication on their part. Great service from Gutter King …read more.. We have several large oaks around the perimeter of our home. Gutter King installed one of their gutter guard products all around the house. They cleaned, realigned, sealed, and repaired all the gutters and downspouts before installing the leaf guards. They also replaced a couple of sections of gutter damaged by the oaks during the ice storm a couple of years ago. The gutters and guards look great and appear very high quality--we'll see how things function during the next storm, but confident they'll work as advertised. I was very pleased with the level of service and the follow-up from the sales guy/estimator, Jon, to the installer, Edward.  Edward was just outstanding and did the entire installation himself, working one and a half days to complete the job. One very hardworking guy. Professional, personable, with a great attitude and work ethic.
