Grayson arrived on time, worked quickly, and had a pleasant positive attitude. With kids and pets in the house I was concerned about the chemicals but it was not an issue. Grayson promptly arrived the next afternoon and began the exterior. Due to the heat and length of time to clean tall windows, he came back the following morning to finish the interior windows. Bliss was one of 3 companies we received estimates for and although their specialty is window cleaning, they also offer pressure washing services at very competitive prices. Their customer service is what ultimately won us over. Courteous, punctual, and extremely professional, Grayson exhibits a genuine desire to understand and deliver exactly what the customer is looking for. He did a phenomenal job pressure washing our driveway--it looks practically new again and we couldn't be happier with the results! The volcanic (cantera) stone on the fountain is soft and porous, so limescale deposits cling quite well to surfaces. He removed the algae and though he cleaned up the limescale deposits, partial efflorescence remained. I'm just happy I don't have to scrub the fountain again this year and the results are far better than anything I could have accomplished scrubbing it by hand. I pride myself on being a fairly good judge of character, and it's those small subtleties that exhibit integrity and strong work ethic that truly stand out when we choose to establish long term business relationships with a company. A few months ago, I was looking into a business that offers window cleaning and pressure washing. I cam across Bliss on Yelp, read the reviews, and decided to get in touch. I spoke on the phone with an older gentleman, I believe his name is Glen. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. He also told me about his son, who would be the one actually performing the services. He asked me to text him photos of all the windows that would need cleaning, as well as pictures of our driveway and front walkway for the pressure wash. The plan was for him to get back to me with the personalized quote for window cleaning and pressure washing. He also asked for my address so that he could view our house on Google and give us a better estimate. He repeatedly emphasized that he/his son would text or call me within 24 hours with the quote. I sent him the photos and information via text and he replied almost instantly to let me know that he received them. After 3 days of not hearing anything, I texted Glen following up about the quote. Nothing. After a week, I still did not hear back, so I called Glen and left a voicemail. Still nothing. It has been a little over 2 months and I never heard back from Glen or his son. To this day, I do not have any idea why I was ghosted by Glen. It is also not the best feeling knowing they have all of this personal information about my home (address and photos), yet I don't know what they would do with it since they did not use it to perform the services that they actually offer. Overall, very disappointed. It's even worse to see new positive Yelp reviews that were posted during these last 2 months. Either the positive reviews are fake/exaggerated or Glen/his family actually do good work, but chose to blackball me for a reason I will never understand. Please, do better. read more

The lovely husband and wife pair of Bliss Window Cleaning arrived today at exactly the appointment time and went WAY above and beyond the scope of the job (as it appeared when they estimated it). Turns out that this '70s house had storm screens on the big living room window that had never been removed. There were actually dead snails, spiders and the like in the space between the window and the storm screen and the screw heads had been painted over. We had tried to remove them ourselves and failed so the windows never looked even remotely clean before Bliss arrived. Grayson spent an hour and a half on that one window alone and even put new flexible caulk around the seals before reassembling it. What a difference. Every window was absolutely sparkling inside and out and even the tiny flecks of paint adhering to the surfaces were removed with a razor blade. I don't think I have ever seen such attention to detail and fantastic customer service before. And it was 90+ deg outside. And the price was ridiculously low although I doubled it because of all the extra work and time spent here. This couple is hearing impaired and have a lovable and well-behaved Labrador service dog which accompanies them. To make appointment setting and initial enquiries easier, Grayson's retired father does all the phone work. I urge you to use them and help this fledgling company thrive because they totally deserve it! read more

I yelped window cleaners and this company popped up, and I am so glad it did. I called and scheduled an appointment to have my windows cleaned (first time in my life I didn't do it myself). They arrived right on time and went to work. They did a beautiful job. I couldn't get my windows that clean...they were always streaked.
