We are so glad we chose to go with the local guys (Roof Chiefs). We had hired them to fix our roof after hail damage. We had extra unknown damage to our chimney that was leaking water into our house. They came out promptly and were able to fix the leak and limit the damage. The quality of the work is excellent. My roof looks great and was completed faster than expected. They fabricated a new chimney cap from scratch for us. We also had them install new gutters which work perfectly. Their attention to detail is amazing. We had a spot that water was pooling and they were able to redirect the water coming off our roof to fix this issue. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure the job site was spotless before leaving. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. He offered a discounted price on his initial estimate as I got three estimates to compare. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable at first, even calling on the weekend to ask additional questions and seemed to really need the work. After work was started, it was only text communication. I don't believe he was qualified for either metal roof maintenance or leak repair. He never did identify the location or cause of the leak. He added so much white "sealant" where he thought would help. It did not match my roof, and peels off when it rains. I had to have him come out a few times because he missed lifted screws and the leak got even worse. He just kept adding more sealant to the same areas and to other areas of roof. He added screws where there shouldn't have been. He added metal sheeting and screwed it onto the chimney cap hoping that would stop the leak. This was not discussed beforehand. I found out after he sent me photos and I asked what that was. Not only did it look ridiculous, but the sheeting made so much noise with any wind; I immedaitely asked him to come out and remove it. A week later he did. When I contacted him again about roof leak getting worse. he did not respond. I contacted him once more mentioning it was still under warranty. He offered me a 50% refund. He claimed that the other 50% ($750) were for the materials - screws and (peeling) sealant. My roof looked awful with patches of white sealant in random places, additional screw/holes where there should not be, unnecessary screw holes on my chimney cap and roof leaking even worse than before. I do not recommend.

Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. In truth, I looked back at our emails and we started corresponding back in the summer of 2022. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. By then, our plans had changed quite a bit, but Shellie and Tyler remained absolutely flexible and willing to help. At no time did we feel pressured, they just asked for honest communication about our project and we committed to that. I was looking for a gutter specialist who could come up with a creative solution to an unusual gutter-related project. I needed someone to conceive a design for a 3 ft-high x 40 ft-wide fence (as a containment strategy to prevent our beloved Maine Coon cat, Leo, from jumping into our neighbor's backyard from the garage roof) and to install it on the roof without damaging the gutter. Luckily, Tyler proved to be the perfect man for the job! After fully understanding the project, he examined the roof and the gutter, and came up with a perfect design solution which he then custom-built and together with his assistant came over and quickly and seamlessly installed it! They weren't the least expensive option but, although the price differences were marginal, the professionalism, organization, and service Yuras offered were worth the slight difference. Most of our community needed new roofs and the storm chasers were out in full force! Companies we'd never heard of and had practically zero presence on the internet for references were everywhere. Yuras chased no one in the neighborhood. I can't even speak highly enough of the care and cleanliness of the crew. Luke's crew laid tarps where needed and cleaned up after themselves each day (it took 2 days). We haven't found a single nail or scrap in our yard since they finished. They even combed our neighbor's yard closest to our house to make sure nothing landed there! Our other neighbors are still complaining of finding stray nails weeks after they had theirs replaced by other companies! Between shingles selection, other roofing necessities, warranty and customer service, we were very pleased with our decision to hire Yuras. The process was smooth and simple. The quote was perfectly in line with what the insurance estimated. After the job was finished, we had some paint peel from the fascia which is common with full replacements. Yura's noticed the peel and scheduled a painter to touch up all the areas. They also did an AMAZING job with cleanup. We have dogs so we were worried about the company leaving nails and other dangers in the back yard. Well after they left there was not a scrap that could be found. They even came back the day after to scan around the house for any scraps with a magnet. I think the only hiccup in the process was that they only take checks as payment. They also do card, but I think it was somewhere around a 2-3% fee, so we obviously opted for the check process, but the only issue is we haven't used checks in years so we had to order them to be able to pay the vendor. It would have been really nice to be able to do a direct wire transfer. But that is a very minor issue when the product they provide is solid. I wouldn't waste time with other quotes tbh, just go with this company.

Poor installation seems to be the norm. what makes it worse is they count on nothing going wrong. unfortunately, when something does go wrong, the first thing they try to do is blame something else. their poor installation, using short screws and missing gutter supports caused the gutters to be pulled away from the house. I had 3 other BBB a+ rated companies come look, and all said the issue was poor installation. they all were shaking their heads. what makes it worse is they won't honor their warranty! Blame something else and avoiding their responsibilities under their warranty is what you can expect from this company. roll the dice if you dare using this company. they will just blow you off. zero stars if I could
