Squeaky Dan's did an incredible job for a very reasonable price cleaning all of my house's windows. I can't believe how much sunlight there is now, and they did such a good job you can't even tell there are screens on the windows. They clean the exterior, interior, screens, and the tracks. They were very responsive, arrived on time, and even offered to do "touch ups" at no additional charge when it rained for several days after my cleaning. I don't know how this place has such high reviews. This was my experience. A man came out to do a walk-through and give an estimate. For $600 they'd do windows (17) inside and outside, screens, tracks and power wash drive way, side walk. I gave the man my personal email and number for the invoice quote but I was never sent the invoice or information. It was only sent to the one they had on file and I didn't have access to. The two men that came out for the job were very courteous and kind and even cleaned off an item outside at my request, however their work lacked luster. Every window has dripping of dirty water, the tracks inside have bugs and dirt. The windows that looked a little better still have dirt & grime in the tracks, inside and outside. There corners of the windows have a haze. Where the power wash was done there are still stains. I didn't know how they were going to do so much work in such a short amount of time but when they left and I looked over things I realized how that was possible by doing a halfway job. There's even sponge and rag left in the street where they were parked. I called and told the lady I spoke to, Destiny and she scheduled them to come back. I made sure to let her know my schedule and time frame. They were scheduled to be at the house anywhere 10-2 on this particular day. The lady I spoke to was made aware that I have to leave 1:30 or 1:45. It was already 1pm and the men had not yet arrived. I didn't want them to get there and do their clean up in 20 minutes. So, it going to be another reschedule for them to come and clean the all tracks, power wash some areas. I will leave a follow up if and when they come out. As of right now I am so not impressed and will not be having them back other than to clean up the mess they left. The college boy that came out last season to power wash did a far better job and was more reasonable. read more

All we can say is "WOW!" because this was without a doubt an all around exceptional experience. Squeaky Dan's showed up with four team members and they were all terrific. And, while the communication from start to finish was fantastic, the job they performed cleaning our windows was amazing ... I mean AMAZING! We have a huge Palladian window over our front door, which my wife desperately wanted clean ... and it needed it. These guys couldn't have done a better job ... it looks like we just moved in. My wife returns from a trip the coming Saturday (two days away ... yea!) and she will be so pleasantly surprised. They cleaned the outside and inside with unbelievable precision and skill. At 0720, William arrived and we did a walk through. He was fast yet extremely thorough! My windows have never sparkled so much!! Very reasonable price. Had our windows cleaned today and they did an amazing job. We have a large two story home. They had a crew of 3 and knocked it out in a little over an hour. It was worth the extra money to clean the screens. We have used them now multiple times and recommend them to all of our friends. Friendly staff. Quality of work sub par. I paid them $788 for window cleaning and power washing exterior of my home and sidewalks (work performed on 10/6/20). They seemed to be in a rush, so I had to remind them to clean missed windows, reclean some windows due to visible dirt and cleaning solution residue and power wash missed areas on home. I also had to move furniture back in place and clean up after them. In addition, they damaged concrete fascia when power washing exterior of home and did not inform me. Received a call from staff on 10/8/20 asking if I was satisfied with the services performed. I shared my concerns. I was informed that they would be shared with management.
