Luis was one of three that responded to my request. He was the only one to literally get up on my roof and inspect/identify the issue that needed to be resolved. His quote clearly laid out the repairs needed and how it would resolve my problem, along with photos of his findings. The others companies that responded either never showed up and only provided a quote based on what they thought was the issue based on my description of the roof or claimed to have flown a drone over my roof, but could not provide any pictures or explanation of what I needed repaired. Luis got me scheduled and repair was completed in a week's time. They provided pictures showing the work completed and the before/after has been eye opening! Overall, I have raised my initial 1 star review to a 4 star for the effort he put into to make things right and to correct this issue from happening to future customers.

He is hardworking, polite, honest, and very thorough. From start to finish, he was professional, prompt, and very easy to communicate with. My tenant had been using my garage and driveway as a car shop, leaving behind quite a bit of car grease and oil. I tried cleaning it myself by scrubbing and brushing, but quickly realized I needed a professional. I'm so glad I called Michael! He did an excellent job getting the concrete clean, and I really appreciated the way he kept me updated throughout the process. His communication, professionalism, and rapport made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Michael is also very honest and reasonable. He gave me a better option for protecting the concrete rather than going with epoxy, which I really appreciated. He will be coming back to seal the concrete, and I'm looking forward to having him finish the job. He took out our existing bushes by our front windows, ensuring he got most, if not all of the roots so they wouldn't be an issue moving forward, planted 4-5 yucca plants, put granite rock down to cover the yard and our curb with a barrier around the whole area.
