He is hardworking, polite, honest, and very thorough. From start to finish, he was professional, prompt, and very easy to communicate with. My tenant had been using my garage and driveway as a car shop, leaving behind quite a bit of car grease and oil. I tried cleaning it myself by scrubbing and brushing, but quickly realized I needed a professional. I'm so glad I called Michael! He did an excellent job getting the concrete clean, and I really appreciated the way he kept me updated throughout the process. His communication, professionalism, and rapport made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Michael is also very honest and reasonable. He gave me a better option for protecting the concrete rather than going with epoxy, which I really appreciated. He will be coming back to seal the concrete, and I'm looking forward to having him finish the job. If you're looking for someone who is professional, thorough, honest, and takes pride in his work, I definitely recommend Spotless Power Washing. I'm very happy with the results!
