Edit for reply: Here again, when I called (9/14) and spoke to Rob (the owner), he said that he was NOT busy and COULD do work for me IN KERRVILLE on THE FOLLOWING week. I immediately (9/14) sent several emails based on that conversation. Then I emailed more information on 9/16 and 9/17. I asked for a confirmation of the scheduling that we had discussed initially, no response. When the following week (9/21) got here, suddenly none of what was discussed earlier is at all valid. bad business . Misty here's some advise, you should NOT talk over someone when they are explaining their side. That's where shouting and cursing come in. I tried explaining in a calm and level tone but, you wouldn't let that happen.
