Alamo City Softwash did a great job on my property. I highly recommend Gerry and his services. Communication: Gerry called me back same day and was able to come out to the property for an estimate. We were able to schedule the service the next day and he arrived on time for the service. I appreciate that he explained what he would do, the products he would use and the time it would take. He then followed up on the service when completed. Very professional yet personable. Great customer service. Services: Free and Itemized quote: I really appreciated the itemized quote as I will use him in the future for the items that need more annual maintenance. This gives me an indication of what I can expect (give or take) in the future. This also allowed me to review and decide on what I wanted done on the property. I ended up getting all my items done as he quoted me a fair and reasonable price. Soft/Power Washing: I am very happy with the results. There were some stubborn spots but overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome (picture attached) and will use Alamo City Softwash in the future.
