The carpet looked great when he finished, and it dried a lot faster than the last cleaner's efforts. So, fingers crossed--one week after his visit and no stains reappearing, and the carpet still looks good. So far I'd say I spent a whole lot less than prior cleaners and the results are better. Thank you Fabio!
