We are getting too old to do them and we have many very large windows. He gave us a quote of $225 cash which seemed like a great price. He arrived at 9:30 and finished about 1. He washed all the windows and screens inside and out (with the exception of the inside of our bedroom). They haven't been this clean in years, maybe as long as we've lived here. I then later changed my mind and decided to have them clean Monday and was still charged the same price with the discount so I thought that was weird. After they arrived and I left, it took them about 5 hours to clean a 1700 SQ ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome due to a cleaner feeling sick and it was just 1 person cleaning. I come back after they finished and paid, and see that the floors were not mopped and counter was not wiped. Although everything was cleaned in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen floors and counter were left as is. I'm super disappointed since I was moving out. They offered to come back the next day but I have already turned in my keys by then. After telling them that and asking what else can be done to fix this, they stop replying to me.

It seriously looks like a different house with all of the natural light flooding in from the windows! You don't realize how much the buildup on your windows impedes the view--until the dirt is gone! My 6-year-old son asked me, "Mama, is there even a window there?" The curb appeal is definitely improved, as well. Prompt: Curtis from AWC arrived promptly at the set appointment time. After some initial conversation and info-sharing, he got right to work. Friendly and Professional: Curtis was easy to talk to while still being able to focus on the work at hand. He was willing and able to answer any questions we had about products or the process. (Note: He is also very pet-friendly and doesn't mind a curious dog or two following him around and graciously accepted my daughter's invitation to a brief tea party in the living room. ) Careful: Curtis meticulously moved and replaced any items impeding access to the windows.
