Joe had to prefabricate a part that connected to the Grey water tank since we didn't have enough time to wait for a replacement part before we had to leave the campground. Knowing our short time frame before we had to leave, Joe fixed our broken valve quickly. We were very lucky to have found someone who cared about the quality of their work as well as getting it done before we had to leave the Campground. He didn't rush the job just to get it done -- he made sure it was done right. Even when the work took an extra day, he kept me informed the entire time and explained why the additional time was necessary. That level of communication and transparency is hard to find. Based on the recommendation of a local friend, we contacted the company to repair an awning and two valves. David assured us that he would be back on Tuesday with the parts to do all three repairs. Based on David's "iron-clad" promise, we negotiated a deal to trade in our RV for an upgrade. It turned out that David never even mentioned the repairs to his wife/scheduler/business partner, because when we called today to find out why David was two days late, she knew about nothing other than the awning, which was not available - a fact that neither of them thought important enough to tell us. So here we are with a closing date set, and needed repairs not done. We're going to take a heavy hit on the value of our RV because of it. This was an issue that could have been averted with a mere phone call, had they only cared enough about customer service and personal integrity to dial nine digits. If either of those qualities matter to you, avoid this business like the plague.
