So I decided to give them an opportunity to earn my business and when I tell you. The customer service was bar none. Lupe made sure I was taken care. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get to the near by enterprise so I could pick up my rental that the insurance company reserved for me. Not only that he explained very well the process of next steps to ensure my vehicle was setup for a seamless repair. The service was done very quickly once the insurance company processed their part of the claim. Then once I returned he went over the vehicle with me and also took care of some missing paint on the vehicle that wasn't apart of the claim complementary as most other shop would charge for something like this as I have paid to get done in this same type of scenario. The quality of the repair was beyond my expectations. I'm glad I found C&S bodyshop and hopefully I don't have any other accidents but if I do.
